Rating: Summary: Good product until the EarBudeez wears out Review: This is a good headset with good volume and mic. Works good with cell phone or office phone. The only problem I have found is that when the "EarBudeez" (the little rubber thingie) wears out (and it will) it is impossible to find a replacement. I called Plantronics and they gave me the number to a wholesaler. I called the wholesaler and they do not even carry the replacement part. The wholesaler had no idea where I could get a replacement
Rating: Summary: Useless Review: This is a useless headset. It doesn't sit comfortably in the ear, and the microphone doesn't work very well. People on the other end of the line can barely hear me. It's going back to amazon.
Rating: Summary: Waste of Money, and Time. Review: This is a worthless item that no one can even hear you on. I can hear them great, but the mic in this little baby is poor, poor, poor. Amazon will get this piece of junk back. The one star required is a WAY too generous rating for this product.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: This is an excellent headset. I do believe the quality of it depends on the quality of your phone too, as one reviewer said before me. On all my new'ish cell phones and home phones it has worked awesome, but a little lack-luster on an older portable phone.I notice someone said earlier that you cant find replacement parts? Well.. they havent been to plantronics: http://www.headsetsdirect.com/ This website has ALL replacement parts.. for $10 I got 10 of those black ear sponges, another metal ear clip, 4 rubber ear sponges, and a bit more in a replacement part package. Oh, that includes shipping. My experience with plantronics has always been the best... This headset (after testing $50 and even $100 sets from my office) still runs on par with them, keeping plantronics high in my book. I would also recommend the plantronics audio 90 headset for home use, I've used that for well over a year with no issue as well.

Rating: Summary: Near perfect in-ear headset. Review: This thing is great, directional sound is amazing when placed inside the ear. One thing that confused me at first is the black over-the-ear hook is not for support here. The hook is actually not supposed to touch your ear unless the earpeice falls out, so it doesn't hit the floor, etc. I've found that bending the wire (slightly) to make it touch no skin improves the feel to where you don't know it is there. The microphone looks odd at first, a rubbery tip with a hole down the center, but apparently the design works flawlessly.
Rating: Summary: Used it for a couple days and then returned it. Review: This was not the headset for me. I used it for a couple days and no one could ever hear me very well (and that was calling from my home office with no background noise.) I tried talking real loud but shouting on the telephone gets old and I was still told it wasn't great. I need a headset for business calls and when callers have to ask me to repeat myself, that is unacceptable. So, I'll try again with another one...
Rating: Summary: seems good, but not for Nokia Review: Was pretty excited to get this for my Nokia 8260 since it seems pretty popular and the right form factor. However, I found when I received it that the volume was so low as to make it unusable despite the volume on the phone and the headset being turned to maximum. Much to my dismay I turn the package over and see "Plantronics also offers headsets specifically for Nokia phones." In this case, the M143-N1. So this phone is back to Amazon and I'll have to track down an M143 ...
