Siemens 2400 Gigaset 2.4 GHz Gray Supplementary Handset and Charger

Summary: Great product but way too fragile
Review: I really like this product, (I use it with my Siemens 2402 base station). The only complaint about its features is that the menu system is needlessly complex (that actually doesn't bother me too much, but may be a big deal to others). However, the phone is extremely fragile. I've had two of them fail in different ways after just 1.5 years of service. One of them has had a keypad go bad, the other has developed a horrible distortion problem (I know it's the phone since the other handsets in the house don't have that problem).
