Review: This is an excellent cordless phone considering the low price and the fact that it's analog instead of digital. I can't believe the long range! I've taken the handset outside far from the house, even across the street, and the reception was still just as good as it was inside the house. The answering machine works well also. It's very easy to set and program this answering machine because it voice prompts the menu and settings. This is a great choice if you're looking for a good budget-friendly telephone/answering machine combination.

Review: This phone is an outstanding value. The quality is amazing on the phone and answering machine. Its not one of those DSS phones where the sound has to be converted so its crystal clear all the time. Uniden is a great company that makes great phones I highly recommend this one.

Summary: Affordable but uncomfortable
Review: You get a lot of value for the money with this phone/answering machine combo, but I ended up returning mine for a refund. Here's why: the handset earpiece isn't shaped to fit my ear and I was always uncomfortable with this, plus there isn't a headset jack so you can't plug in a more comfortable headset. I ended up buying a model with a very similar look and feel from Radio Shack. Though it cost twice as much, the earpiece fits my ear and I can plug in a headset for longer calls.
