Summary: Great Phone
Review: I have tried many brands of two line phones including At&t, & Lucent. All of them had poor reception and didn't last very long before the electronics began to malfunction. This phone was quick and easy to set up and offers great range and clarity. Most of all I like the two line caller id function. This is a must buy if you need a cordless two line phone with all the bells & whistles. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because you can not turn of the handset ringer.

Summary: Headset avoids problems.
Review: I just purchased this phone and really like it. I work from home and needed a two line phone with a speaker phone. I have no complaints so far. I have been able to avoid the problems of previous reviewers by using a hands-free headset. By doing this I don't have to worry about hanging up on people or getting a kinked neck. Also, it is much better than my AT&T(made by Lucent) phone. I would have given it 5 stars, but I feel there is always room for improvement, perhaps a larger LCD display.

Summary: Warning: This phone does not work!
Review: I purchased this phone yesterday with high expectations. Today I will be returning it for something different! What a waste of time! Range (before static becomes annoying) is extremely poor (20 feet!?!). I think I will try a Panasonic 2.4 single line instead. From the looks of the reviews perhaps there are no good cordless phones?

Summary: Great Office Phone
Review: I work out of my home and needed a two-line phone that also had speaker-phone and mute. This phone had it at a remarkable price, and the clarity of the phone calls and distance achieved is quite amazing. It also permits 3-way conference calling... I use that feature a lot! I've recommended this to my co-workers who are now buying this phone and enjoying it as well. I don't particularly care for Caller-ID, so I'm not able to vouch for how well it works, but if it works as well as the other features you'll have no problem. Great phone.. get one today!

Review: This phone has all the features I require. Such as Caller ID, speakerphone, 2-line, cordless, etc. However, I'm not thrilled with the phone. It does what I need and the price is right so I'll probably keep it as I can't find many other phones with the same options [in the same price range].What I wish this phone had was a message waiting indicator. That would probably move it from a 3-star to a 4-star. As for clarity, I think it's extremely clear and has pretty good range. Besides the message-waiting indicator, my only other complaint is that I tend to also hang up inadvertantly on many calls. Must be the way the handset is designed. It's extremely frustrating. Also, as someone else mentioned, the 2-line feature is very confusing. I'm still trying to get used to it. I'm stuck between recommending and warning. I'd say if the amount of money you spend is more important that the "little things", go for it -- it truly is a decent phone. If only I could design my OWN phone.

Review: This phone is so terrible I would not take one for free if it was offered to me. Uniden should be ashamed of this product. If I could rate this less than one star I would.

Review: We have 9 phones in our home. Out of all the other brands we've tried, Uniden is the ONLY one that works best. Never had one problem with them. Their voice quality is excellent, easy to use, offers many features. Highly recommend. Best brand to use and believe me we've tried them all. As each other brand breaks, we replace it with a Uniden.
