Summary: Bells and Whistles but poor sound !
Review: My wife bought this phone for us two days ago. While this phone (the 9371) has all the bells and whistles on it, the sound quality is not there at all. There is a slight fuzzy sound surrounding both party's talking. Also, the handset to me, was not comfortable at all. I reboxed it this morning. This one's going back to the store today.

Summary: Great Price For the Features
Review: Seldom you can find a phone with so many features in one
machine at a low price. Progamming and storing your phone directory is simple with instruction manual easy to
follow. However, an incoming call do not show the caller's name
of the person you program in your directory which is not sometimes helpful identifying the caller.
The answering machine has 3 mailboxes which you can assign to your callers which one to use for your convenience and easy retrieval. But one thing I found is the date stamp on the calls
is at the end of the message instead of the front which is rather
misleading when you have several messages.
I don't see an illuminated keypad as claimed on the Technical data but only few buttons on the base. It has only an
illuminated screen on the handset.
The range is excellent for this 900 mhz phone. You can still hear solid voice from accross the fence of your backyard and beyond.
It has LED display of the number of messages on the base. Just
push a button and it automatically plays your messages. Delete function is easy for tele-marketer calls for which you don't want to replay.
I recommend this phone compared to more expensive brand names
equiped with the same functions.

Review: The sound quality is extremely poor. While speaking on the phone to another caller, the quality is worse than that of a cell phone. The answer machine sound is poor too.

Review: This phone has excellent clarity and features. I haven't used caller ID since I don't have the service. All of the other features were exactly what I wanted and work well. I especially wanted a full function speaker phone with keypad for checking my voicemail at work, for long hold times when calling businesses, and navigating automated answering systems that require lots of keypad entries. I use this right next to my computer and have no interference. I also have another 900 mhz phone in my house and do not get any interference or crosstalk. I have read through many phone reviews on Amazon and Epinions and have concluded that there is no one single phone or manufacturer that gets consistently good reviews. It is such a guessing game. I returned 3 other phones in a 2 week period before I bought this one. It's about the only way to select a phone. The phones I returned were 900 mhz and 2.4 ghz brand name phones, and all had lousy audio quality. This one is a winner though. I hope it lasts a long time so I don't have to go through all of this again to find what I want.

Summary: Disappointing
Review: This phone looked like a good alternative for people with wireless networks who want to avoid 2.4GHz interference but don't want to pay the inflated prices for 5.8GHz phones. It has useful features like answering machine and speakerphone. But the sound quality is very poor, even distorted. Callers sound like they are at the bottom of a deep well. You can hear an echo of your own voice in the handset along with a constant buzzing. As 900MHz phones get phased out, it looks like there will be no good alternative to 5.8GHz.
