Summary: Love the phone but Poor Batter Review
Review: I've had the base unit and 4 remote handsets for the past year and a half, but have had to replace the batteries on 4 of the units in the past year. Even thou the battery indicator shows a fully charged battery they have a habit of dying after a few seconds removal from the charging unit. Other than that the handsets are used up to a hundred feet from the base unit and is used as an in-house and house to shop communicator.

Review: If you purchase this product, I hope you are completely satisfied. It is my opinion that the reliability of Panasonic products has slipped in recent years, and this was confirmed to me when a product I purchased quickly failed. The reason I'm posting this is to warn you that the warranty that accompanies Panasonic products only has value if the company chooses to stand behind it. In my case, they weaseled out of it, leaving me with a total loss and no further recourse. Good luck with your decision.

Review: In general, I have found that whatever you can do from the base phone you can do at the handset also, including erasing all caller id at once, rather than one by one. This particular issue on how to erase either one or all the caller id's is on page 33 of the manual. The manual can be found on Amazon.com's web page for either of the base phones that are required for this handset.
