Summary: Great system... but sound is a bit low and/or echo-ey
Review: The title of the review says it all really. The system consistently works well. It handles 4 phone lines and is full of features. The only issue and it is a major one, is that the sound quality is very often (not always, not every call) very low/quiet and/or echo sounding. It is very difficult to hear a caller and it made my business seem a bit unprofessional. Luckily we moved offices within a few months and I got a great deal on a PBX from a friend in the business for about $1000. I got all the phones/phonesets for free otherwise that would have been another $200-$300 per set.

Review: These handsets work well for about 6 months - then battery issues (I think) thurn the cordless handsets into crap - really - ununsable, and the number "1" button seems to fail within the first year on all handsets.

Summary: #1 on keypad fails on every one of them
Review: These phones have a manufacturing/engineering/production defect that results in the number 1 on the keypad failing within a year or so (usually on day 366 of ownership!). Out of 5 phones purchased, 4 of ours have had the number 1 fail. 2 other companies we deal with who have these phones have also had to replace their handsets because of this problem. Reviews all over the internet report this problem. Panasonic so far has done nothing to remedy the situation, although I am sure that they are aware by now that these are defective. Don't buy them.

Summary: Good, but...
Review: We've been mostly happy with this system, but increasingly callers say they can't hear us -- which is impossible to tell since we can hear them fine. Panasonic support next to useless -- tho they will sell you a new phone. Hello Direct (who we bought system from) "forgot" to offer us extended warranty, which now we can't buy.

I'd love to replace system, but don't know of anything else that does the job.
