Rating: Summary: Awsome looking phone w/ Caller ID problem Review: All in all...its a great looking phone. Works great and has 6 different ring options, which i think is very cool. The backlit blue screen is also and excellent modern touch. Everything about it as far as looks go is great. I've not had very many reception problems as far as static goes. Although you can't go far away from the base, it covers my house without problem. BIG PROBLEM THOUGH!!! CALLER ID has a serious error. as many people have stated it says NO DATA alot. not to mention that you DO have to wait a while before it even shows you the caller ID or the NO DATA message. Its not because you pick it up on the 1st ring or anything, it just says that before you even pick it up. It should probably be recalled or something. But if you dont mind not knowing who is calling some of the time then its a great phone.
Rating: Summary: Blue is the new Black! Review: I got this phone on a whim while on a visit to Grand Forks ND. I am somewhat a collector of phones, and any new cool phones I see....I must buy. This phone is stylish, cool looking and easy to use. The ringtones are a good idea, but are somewhat 'cheezy'. The best this is the cool blue display which makes everything clear to read. Also the key pad lights up when in use, just to make thins that much easier when using in a dark lit room. It even has a cool little blue light while it is on it's craddle. So far the quality of the phone is great! I have had no problems with it what so ever. Awesome phone! I would recommend it to everyone!
Rating: Summary: Love it Review: I have had no problems with my phone is it great. New and funky, works a long way outside of my home. I made a good investment.
Rating: Summary: Cute design but has problems all the same Review: I love the design of this phone. It looks great in any room. For the most part it works like any other phone out there, except.... When you pick up the phone you have to wait, as there is a pause that keeps you from speeking right away. Also, like another review said, the caller-id shows NO DATA.... A LOT. I never pick it up until I see the name of the person calling, so thus picking the phone up before it sends the data is obviously not the problem the caller-id is having. The ringers aren't bad, but the choices are somewhat limited. Overall, you could get by with a cheaper phone and still have the same quality. Only get it if you REALLY like the design or is on sale.
Rating: Summary: Crap! Review: I love the phone itself, sleek, stylish and the price was reasonable. Troubles are: -Static: makes it completely unbearable!! I can not hear one word someone is saying. -Ring: Half the time it doesnt ring -Caller ID: If the callerID decides to display it ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS says no data. My other caller ID seems to find data for the same calls. -Charge/Battery: Now i've had this phone for about a month and charged it correctly (as per instructions) and it never holds a charge more than five minutes. I strongly advise against this purchase!!
Rating: Summary: Top Notch Review: I was hesitant about buying this phone because of some of the reviews, but let me separate you of that disallusion right now my friend. Not only does it look good, the performance for not having an external antenna is exceptional. I walked around in and out of my house any only experienced minor static. I also have an Apple Airport Extreme Base Station (802.11b&g) which also opperates on the 2.4GHz spectrum and was worried about interfierence. It turns out that this phone only opperates on channell 18 and above of the 2.4 spectrum, well above what the Airport works on (1-11). A highly reccomend this phone.
Rating: Summary: Consumer from Philadelphia Review: So far I have not had any problems with this unit. I reviewed and tried many cordless phones. And to no avail, the products were just was not meeting up their high prices. I have not had any caller ID problems, and for the price it has pretty good features (ring tones, volume controls, chain memory dialing, and a head set jack). Buying this phone was cheaper than replacing my other cordless phone's battery pack for the second time! Overall, not a bad deal.
Rating: Summary: Looks Great, Missing Some Features Review: This is a great-looking item, with nice colors, illumnation in green and blue, and well-shaped. But for this price you expect a couple of features which are missing: 1. Variable volumn for the ringer. 2. Some indication that a new call has been received (most phones with caller ID flash a light when a new, but unanswered, call has come in while you were away). This phone has no indicator at all. You must lift it out of the cradle, push a button, then read the display to see if there were any New calls. Too bad they overlooked this.
Rating: Summary: BEST PHONE EVER! (VP12) Review: This is the best phone. As someone said about the NO DATA..that means that you picked up the phone on the first ring...and every phone and regular Caller ID does that. Overall, the phone is AWESOME!
Rating: Summary: Better than Expected! Review: This phone is better than the $100+ cordless I have now. With the headset on, I can hear just as clearly with the handset. The only thing that annoys me are the stupid ring tones, but at least I can turn the ringer off! Definately a good buy and a good price!
