Review: I was very impressed with the sound quality. The ability to increase the volume is a very nice touch. But-t-t. I am very disappointed with the ear piece. No matter how hard I tried, or in what position I put the ear piece, it was very uncomfortable! It kept slipping out of my ear, which also moved the microphone out of range of my mouth. I don't think I have an unusual size ear. I now know that I want a head set type.

Review: This palm size telephone is really handy. It's hands-free (NO HANDSET) with 15 foot long telephone cord, so you can walk around, do things while you're talking on the phone. Also, it has glow in the dark keypad, adjustable volume, redial key, flesh key (i.e., call waiting), ... plus very good voice quality.
