Review: This Sony phone, like most of the other models they make, works fine but the sound quality is "flat" and as a result long conversations tend to be difficult. I find the ergonomics (e.g., no lighted buttons, feel of the buttons, design of the headset) of Sony phones to be a notch or two below AT&T and Panasonic which is surprising because most of their other products are generally pretty good. As a phone in a room where you will not use it too much this is ok, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your primary phone.
