The cord is the only old-fashioned feature about this model: it includes three-party conferencing, call waiting/caller ID compatibility (with subscription to local service) and external data ports that allow you to connect a fax or other office machine. The 99-station caller ID log allows instant access for returning calls, and stamps every call with the date and time it was received. A built-in speakerphone and headset jack provide multiple options for hands-free operation, while the visual message indicator informs you about any waiting messages (with subscription to voicemail service).
