Summary: Battery life is poor
Review: I have been using the Free-Speak for non-bluetooth phones with my T-Mobile Sidekick 1 for about 8 months. Overall, I like it a lot. My only complaints are the battery life of the adapter and the flashing blue lights. The battery drains very fast and those blue lights drive me crazy. They flash constantly! Other than those things, I've been very pleased.

Summary: Works great with Sony Ericcson T616
Review: i just got this unit and paired it directly with my SE T616 (which has bluetooth support). I use the base unit only for charging the headset. If you have a bluetooth phone and get this unit you will need to lookup the jabra website for documentation on how to pair it to a phone directly. I can answer and end calls simply using the button on the headset, no need to use my phone. The call quality is pretty good. The only issue ive had so far is that the headset can be a little too loud. The main caveat with using any headset, wired or wireless is the voice activation on your phone. I find that my phone frequently does not match my voice commands.

Summary: Good Idea, Key Product Details are Wrong
Review: I like the sexy design from Jabra and the nice fitting earpiece. I've had mine for several months now, and, unfortunately, my experience has been bad. Problems with this item:
1) The batteries are usually dead when I reach for it. This is because the ON button is easily bumped turning it on when you don't want it on. Also, the charger times out so if you leave it in the docking station it will eventually be dead since the charger does not trickle :(
2) The flashing lights and beep tones are too complicated. Just give me a toggle on/off switch not a push button #%$!@$
3) It is cumbersome but I would have put up with this if problems #1 and #2 weren't present.
4) Not enough volume.

Summary: Easy to use, perfect for practical usage!
Review: I previously owned the Sony-Ericsson model for bluetooth phones. Now that I am with Sprint, I don't have a bluetooth phone. Here is what I liked about this Jabra for non-bluetooth phones:

Pros:
- Easy to use
- Fits snugly in ear, making it feel like it will stay vs. other BT headsets that flop around
- Ear gel helps the sound come in clearer and bolder unlike the other BT headsets. The sound of other headsets doesn't reach your ear well.
- Allows for answering and ending calls with the push of a button; all this for a non bluetooth phone! (use stylus and hold down the button in the adapter for 12 seconds and it flashes 4x to enable this feature or 5x for disable). That means you can answer the phone w/o opening or answering on your phone. You can do it on your headset like a BT-enabled phone can.
- Charges well, has good battery life (2-4 hr talk time)
- Indicators are clear and respond well
- Works for BT devices and non BT devices, awesome!
- You can adjust microphone volume as well as speaker volume.

Cons:
- Pricier (but worth it)
- Just wish they had the BT250 for non bluetooth, but who knows, maybe this model, the BT200 is better.

Honestly, I would have to say this is the best BT headset (or non bluetooth headset) on the market. No other BT headset goes into you ear to provide sound clarity and boldness like this one. It's also the easiest to use and makes communication very manageable. Definately better than Sony-Ericsson and other models I've seen: Motorola, BlueTrek, etc...

Summary: Right Stuff
Review: I purchased the Jabra non-Bluetooth headset with limited expectations, in light of some of the other reviews. I'm glad I had such low expectations. This product is terrific. The unit is well designed, light weight, and perfect reception. I highly recommend this headset.

Summary: Great product, great impelmentation
Review: I saw the review written by rbell95 and felt compelled to corrrect his apperent misconception about the headset. The BT200 for non-bluetooth phones *does* have an answer/end function that can be enabled by using the included stylus. Press and hold the recessed button in the base unit for 12 seconds and release. The status light on the base unit will blink 4 times indicating that answer/end is active and will blink 5 times to indicate that it is inactive. I activated answer/end on my BT200 and it's been working flawlesly for me for about a week now. As an added bonus, when that fuction is enabled, it's pretty much impossible to leave the headset in 'active' mode for any appriciable period of time.

I've been getting enough life out of the base unit and headset to last through an entire day of moderate-to-heavy use, and it charges pretty quickly when I plug it in at night. There is some static at higher volume settings, as well as some echoing, but I like being able to hear myself in the headset. If I turn the volume down (easy to find button on the boom), the static and echo both go away.

Highly reccomended, especialy if you can find it on sale for $80.00 like I did.

Summary: Finally Bought one for myself
Review: I sell these at my store, not for this cheap though! Let me just say, these things are great. If you have ever caugt your cord on the seat belt...worry no more. This little beauty will stop that from ever happening again. Great deal

Summary: Not ready for prime time
Review: I tried this and found it is not ready for prime time.

1. It seems everything causes static (e.g. 2.4 ghz telephones, networks, microwave ovens.

2. The earpiece did not stay in my ear. It would fall out within seconds of placing it in my ear. Terrible design.

3. If you do not have a bluetooth phone and need to use the base, it is totally unwieldy. The base is almost the same size as my phone!

I returned it the day after I got it. Too expensive for what it is.

Summary: This is really bad
Review: I used if for one hour and that is all I could take. There was much too much static and the people I called said it was noisy too. Also, it was too hard to turn it on.

Summary: Did not work /Customer service horrible
Review: I was really excited about a wireless headset, so when I received it and it didn't work properly I was upset. The volume in the headset was so low I couldn't hear the caller. When I called jabra for help I was put on hold for 2 hours(thank god for speaker phones). Then I tried the web page and emailed them about the problem. I explained to them that I had tried all of the listed troubleshooting suggestions on the web page and in the manual and it still did not work. A WEEK later I got a return email telling me to try the very same things I told them I had done. I will NEVER buy anything made by JABRA again!!!
