Summary: Great Headset for T68i
Review: I owned this headset for about one year. I used this in conjunction with my SonyEricsson T68i. Worked like a charm. Setup was easy, connection was great, and sound quality was superb.

Range: The claimed range of 10 meters between the headset and the phone is ONLY with a clear path between them (as with any bluetooth headset). Other than that, I found it performed well when I left my phone on the window sill (to get reception for the phone) and talked on my headset while about 10 feet away.

Sound Quality: Very minimal claims of a "garbled/robotic" type voice when I talked to other parties. Again this is due to interference between the headset and the phone. I found out that it's better for me to place my phone in the cup holder when I drive, rather than keep it in my pocket. But when I'm walking the phone was placed in the belt holster and the connection was also fine too.

Comfort: The ear piece is sometimes complicated to put on in a way that is most comfortable to you. It just needs some getting used to. The ear bud, is also a tiny bit annoying in the beginning as I am not used to having things pushed in my ear :)) Also, if you don't mind as much, then you'll get used to it.

Style: Fooled a lot of people when they are looking at me and saying "why's he talking to himself ?" lol. It's pretty discreet and when people do actually notice the headset they mistake it for some Star Trek phone or something.

Compatability: Works great with T68i did not however work with my Sony digital camera TRV-50 (yes it's bluetooth enabled and no I didn't have the latest version of this headset at the time)

Portability: This is where a star gets taken off. The belt clip/charger is really a pain in the neck. The headset fits UNSECURED in the belt clip. Hence when sitting down, the headset gets pushed OFF the belt clip. After many times I noticed it falling off and I just settled for placing it in my pocket or until I stood up. This is how I lost my headset but my belt clip was still in place! :(

All in all, with the Bluetooth market on the rise this sure is in the top 5 of bluetooth headsets.

Summary: Jabra does not take it back now!
Review: I called Jabra today and they refused to take the incompatible version back. I'll need to refund it myself.

Summary: Works great with the 3650 -- but Amazon has issues!
Review: First, the bad news. I bought one of these from Amazon, and they sent me the older version of this product, which is *not* compatible with the Nokia 3650 (despite the fact that the **item name** says it is). If you have one, and it refuses to work (mine would pair with the phone but wouldn't actually receive or send any sound), you probably have one of these. If you intend to use this with a 3650, I recommend buying from a source other than Amazon until they get this straightened out. The correct model has a big blue sticker on the front of the box saying "Now Compatible with Nokia 3650!"

The good news is that when I called up JABRA (who has an actual operator, a welcome change from voice-menu systems), they were happy to give me an RMA number, and quickly sent a replacement headset out to me. The new one works great.

This thing is awesome. It's a little pricey for a headset, but if you also consider it to be an alternative to a full car kit installation (except you can take it with you), it's a great deal. It's really nice not to have wires dangling off of your ear in the car, and I prefer it to using the speakerphone mode. Sound quality seems fine -- I get a *little* bit of static every now and then, but it's hard to tell if it's from the headset or my phone. The mic, despite being nowhere near your mouth in their design, works very well. I haven't pushed the range too much, but Bluetooth is rated to 10m (30ft). It's pretty light, especially considering how long the battery lasts (haven't tested it myself, but supposedly up to a week on standby mode). I'm not sure if I'd want to wear it for hours and hours on end, but it's as least as comfortable as the crappy wired headset that shipped with my phone.

I have two small gripes. First is that I wish the earpiece was more "posable" -- while it's flexible, it's made out of a fairly stiff plastic/rubber material, and you can't exactly make it follow the contour of your ear (at least I can't). I may just have big ears :P. It still fits pretty well, but this would be nice to see in a future model. Second, if I have the headset turned on but not in my ear, and I dial using the phone keypad (as opposed to voice dialing or doing last number redial through the headset), the phone exclusively uses the headset rather than the phone's internal speaker/mic. Once or twice I've called someone and not gotten any sound because I left the headset on and had it in my pocket -- now, technically, this is a problem with the 3650, and there's probably some way to disable the headset in the middle of a call, but it's still annoying. As long as you remember to turn the BT100 off when you take it off, it works fine. :)

If you have a 3650, also be sure to use the "alternate pairing sequence" (hold the 'Volume Up' and 'Power' buttons instead of just 'Power' when you go to pair it) to get extra features, like the ability to put people on hold using just the headset buttons. Details are available on the JABRA website, and may come in the package with the newer model headsets.

If you own a bluetooth phone, and don't own a good headset/car kit already, do yourself a favor and pick up one of these. You won't be disappointed.

Summary: Junk - broke after just a few months
Review: This was a cool headset for the first couple of months that it worked, but I can't recommend any product that breaks after just a few months. The combination power on/answer call button no longer works, which means that (1) you cannot turn the headset off, and (2) you cannot answer calls.

I take good care of my products and hardly ever have a piece of electronics break on me. This was unfortunately an exception and money down the drain. I haven't bothered going through the hassle of trying to file a claim via the manufacturer's warranty - who has time for that.

My advice is to buy from a higher quality brand.

Summary: Cell Deal Good, Order Accessories Elsewhere
Review: My order included both a Nokia 3650 and a Jabra BT200. Amazon sent me the old non-compatible version of the BT200, now I have to RMA it back to Jabra, at my expense. Poor service on Amazon's part, even tho it was listed as a compatible accessory to the Nokia!

Summary: RE: New version works with the 3650
Review: I actually owned one for 3 months and used it with my SonyEricsson T68i. When I upgraded my phone to a Nokia 3650 and discovered that the original version did not work, I called Jabra to complain. Jabra advised me to send them the headset and they sent me a new version. I've tried the SonyEricsson and Motorola B-tooth headsets. The Jabra is the best and least expensive.

Summary: Don't buy this from Amazon... not compatible with Nokia3650
Review: I just received one from Amazon. It's not compatible with Nokia 3650. And Amazon knows this problem. Now I am waiting for the refund. Or you can choose to send it to Jabra for getting one compatible with Nokia 3650 at your own expense. And you have to wait another 10 days to receive the updated one from Jabra. Trust me. Maybe this is an excellent headset. But don't buy it from Amazon because they don't have the compatible ones.

Summary: Not Compatible with Nokia 3650
Review: I just received the headset and it is noit compatible with the Nokia 3650. I contacted Jabra, and they tell me that there should be a blue label on the box stating that the headset is "Now Compatible with the Nokia 3650..." and the date code on the headset near the microphone should be 19D or higher - the one I received did not have the label on the box, and the date code was 09D!
Check out the search engines, I have now found the correct one and it costs less money!

Summary: Jabra BT200 DOES work with the Nokia 3650 BUT.....
Review: Some of the reviews I have read said the Jabra BT200 will not work with the Nokia 3650. I just bought the BT200 today. After charging it up I paired it with my Nokia 3650 and tested it by calling a few of my friends. It works flawlessly. You have to make sure you get the Jabra BT200 with the blue label on the box that says "Now compatible with the Nokia 3650" the older version of the BT200 wasn't compatible with the "Handsfree" profile that the Nokia 3650 supports. But the new BT200 with the blue label is.

So when you order the Jabra BT200 and when you receive it make sure it has that label on box. If it doesn't then it won't work with the Nokia 3650.

So far I am very satisfied with this product. But I have only been playing with it for a few hours. If anything changes I will update this revew with further info.

Summary: Flexible ear bud breaks off
Review: It is more comfortable and lighter than the SonyEricsson model due to a soft Santoprene plastic material (dark grey). After two months, the tiny eyeglass size screw holding the ear bud extension stripped from the boss inside hard plastic (silver) case. This exposes the two wires leading to the speaker at the tip. Service request via email to Jabra for a warranty (1 year) Repair Authorization Number went unanswered less than two months after owning the FreeSpeak. Very poor customer service Jabra!! Jabra needs to switch to a longer screw or one with more bite!
