On-Hold Software Bundle for Small/Home Office Phones

Summary: Sooo misleading....
Review: I thought the MOH400 was a cool way to show people how important I am (or at least make them think that). The description makes the device sound as a God send to add professional sounding recordings to your phone when you put people on hold. What they DIDN'T tell you was that your computer MUST be on 24x7 in order for everything to work correctly and that you MUST run the software continuously (or at least when you are on the phone and want to put someone on hold). Other than that it works like a charm. Just not at all what I expected....
