Summary: This phone was so bad I returned it. Horrible echo
Review: I sent this phone back. The handset is heavy and does not feel comfortable in your hand or against your head. The worst was the echo I heard of my own voice. Oh, by the way, the rebate offer expired in 1999. So don't count on that to make this phone worth your money. My advice- pass on it.

Summary: Great phone with good range
Review: I've had this phone for about a year now, and have had no problems. The charge lasts a long time and I can take it throughout my home and yard and hear clearly. The caller ID function is useful when you are busy and not sure if you should pick up the phone.

Summary: Great Phone
Review: I've had this phone for almost 3 years, and have never had a problem with it. It's very clear and the reception is good, and I am just now replacing the batteries for the first time since I bought it. I would highly recommend this to anyone I know.

Summary: Excellent Quality!...Excellent Value!
Review: if you are looking for a low cost cordless phones with caller id and features that some of the more outrageously expensive phone have, this phone is perfect for you. it has a well lit display and keypad, 20 number speed dial,Hold, and Flash options. you can also keep an extra battery charging in the base.the phone has a very small foot print, the headset easy for someone with small hands to grasp. the caller id display is large and easy to read. only two minor drawbacks, the ringer isnt very loud. the display doesnt give you all the information at a glance, you have to press buttons on the keypad to find out time and the name of who called. other than that the phone has performed outstandingly! no static or reception problems at all

Summary: A very mediocre phone...
Review: The phone is ok, nothing more. The reception from outside callers is fine, but when I talk, my own voice in the earpiece has significant static--it's pretty annoying!

The phone is heavier then I thought it would be (Maybe all 900MHZ phone are, my old cordless was analog) and it's not very comfortable when holding it with your shoulder and no hands.

I live in a relatively small apartment and was surprised that when I went to another room (maybe 50 feet away) the calls would cut out! And this is why a bought a 900 mhz digital phone!

Finally, a complaint would be the apparent inability to program the numbers into memory alphanumerically. In other words, I have to scan through a list of phone numbers, instead of seeing, "Mom and Dad", "Office", etc.

I probably would have sent it back, but unfortunately, I tossed the box, so I guess I'll live with it.

Summary: Great Phone
Review: The phone works great. It has very good features for the price and its range seems to be pretty good as well, even though it's not a spread spectrum phone. I can use it at my neighbor's house across the street with no cut out or static. As far as the rebate goes, the one that comes in the box with the phone is out Jan 1st 2000, but the rebate on the web page, which Amazon says to view and print, is not out until March 1st 2000

Summary: Poor Phone!
Review: This phone is going back this weekend. Very poor coverage within the house (static), the keys stick, and there is not enough volume. You get what you pay for!
