Summary: What?!! No Call Waiting Caller ID?!?
Review: I bought this product because my old caller ID does not support call waiting caller id! According to the product description, it says it supports call waiting, little did I know, that's all it supports. But don't all units/phones support call waiting? What I'm saying is that this unit doesn't even support call waiting caller id---only regular caller id! I don't even know why they had to throw the term "call waiting" on the item description because it totally misleads consumers! So basically, my money was put to waste. I gave it two stars though because I liked the large display, easy to see the caller's name.

I'm still looking out for a good caller id unit/box that supports call waiting caller id. It seems very rare and I don't want to buy a new phone just so I can use the feature. Don't buy this if you want a box that supports the new call waiting caller id feature, because this product obviously does not support it!

Summary: Excellent purchase
Review: I found this to be just what the doctor ordered. No more headaches being unable to read numbers or letters. Easily read at a distance. Easily setup. Excellent price. Incoming calls register quickly.

Summary: best one
Review: I love this CallerID Box. The display is LARGE! It DOES have Call Waiting ID, you just have to wire it up in a certain order (ie: phone to caller ID box to answering machine...or whatever works for yours)

Summary: big ok but can't read in the dark
Review: I thought this would be a great thing for the TV room, so you could decide whether to interrupt a show by answering the phone, but you can't read the display in the dark.

Summary: Poor quality, even while it lasted
Review: I was looking forward to a caller ID device which my "old eyes" could read without reading glasses. But the display, while large, is no easier to read than smaller displays, because of a dark greenish-gray background which contrasts poorly with the black digits. There is a contrast control, but the two settings can best be described as bad and worse. Further, the pixel resolution is coarse, resulting in a pronounced staircase effect on diagonal lines, such as the letter N. Worst of all, the display developed defects after just two months of use -- the left sides of some digits and letters no longer appear. Battery replacement did not help this problem. Another oddity is that, if the same caller has called repeatedly, only the most recent call is logged. This is a good product to avoid.
