Summary: Excellent piece for its price
Review: I bought this headset to go with my Vtech 900MHz phone. The headset is made in China (just as the phone and many other electronics are). I'm very pleased with its style (it matches the black phone perfectly)and sound quality. For this price, I'd give it a 5-star.

Summary: Surprisingly Good Product
Review: I couldn't believe that a headset that cost so little could be so good, comfortable, and convenient. I bought two, fully prepared to send them back because I was convinced that you couldn't get a good headset for $9.99. Color me wrong! I can wear it for a full working day out of my home office and not even be aware it's there. When attached to a cordless phone that hooks on your belt, you have total mobility. The earpiece is light and easily slipped over your ear; once it's on, you're not even aware it's there. The microphone wand looked too short, but it works so well that people tell me that the sound is very clear and they can't tell I'm on a headset. Unlike a speaker phone, it even does a great job of screening out background noise too (like the roofing contractor who was banging over my head and the housekeeper who was running the vacuum cleaner!). My only disappointment is that it doesn't fit on my Nokia 6062 phone, because I wish I could use it on my cell phone in the car. It's far better than any in-the-ear or over-the-head unit in terms of comfort and staying put. It's unusual to find a product at this price that is so good. You can't lose.

Summary: Excellent price, ok quality.
Review: I got this phone for a great price (about 11 bucks after a gift certificate). So I'm not complaining about that, but the microphone extension is a bit too short, and the earbud part is hard to put on my ear, but other than that it's a great product.

Summary: Didn't last long!
Review: I guess you get what you pay for in some cases, because this headset worked wonderfully for a little while then a couple of months later, didn't! I purchased it for my Vtech cordless and conversations were inaudible on both ends until it went dead altogether. The garbage man is probably enjoying now!

Summary: One size does not fit all
Review: I had this for about 2 years before the cord to the earpiece became loose and caused static. The headset is very comfortable and sound is transmitted clearly so the other party is not aware you are on a headset. Other than the fact that mine broke, the only other complaint I have is that the sound coming in is slightly quieter than if one were to use the cordless phone directly. That being said, considering the cheap price I will probably end up buying another one unless I find a newer better model.

Summary: Comfortable, but the wire can get damaged pretty fast...
Review: I have bought about 5 different headsets over 6mo period and all of them had problems with mic level (there were calls where it was ok but a lot of those where it was really weak). I almost gave up thinking that I'm going to have to go to a professional grade teleconferencing equipment when my wife bought this one which seems to have fixed the problem.

Summary: Lightweight and good sound quality
Review: I like this comfortable headset far better than the fullsize ones I've worn in office settings. But while it's perfect for my quiet home office, it wouldn't work for a noisy environment where you wanted large earphones covering both your ears to block out room noise.

Summary: Great headset
Review: I really like this headset, it's comfortable, and the mic gain is very good. People I talk to say they couldn't tell I was on a headset. I really like the over the ear type of wearing. I think it's more comfortable than an over-the-head type.
