Summary: It's a great phone.
Review: This cordless phone is excellent. I can walk all over my house, walk to the back of my yard, out to get the mail, etc. without experiencing any interference. The phone is always clear as a bell. I have another cordless and it's also a Uniden, but it's a 900 mhz. The difference is night and day. If you're unsure about spending a little more for the 2.4 GHz, do it. You won't be sorry.

Summary: very good, BUT!
Review: This is a very good phone, no back ground noise, very clear
and a lot of pluses. But it lacks a led on the base to
indicate caller id when you are out of the house. When You
come home you have to go over and pick up the to check if
you have recived any calls.

Summary: Great phone, good to look at and use.
Review: This phone is excellent. We've had 2 sony cordless phones previously but they never had the features and clarity that the Uniden has. I haven't tried it outside yet but with Spring here I'm sure we'll have alot of opportunity. I've used it in my basement and the reception and clarity are as good as our corded phone.

You won't go wrong buying this phone.

Summary: Great phone...but watch out for DSL Internet connections!
Review: This phone is just great! It has all the features a cordless phone should have! I have nothing to complain about, except for the fact I can hear noise interference on the phone every time I use the Internet, regardless of the distance between the phone and the computer. I've found out the source of interference is the computer modem, which shares the same tel line ( I have a DSL high-speed connection, therefore I can use both the phone and the Internet at the same time). Once I turn the computer modem off, the sound on the phone becomes crisp and clear!

Overall, I would say this phone is worth the money. I highly recommend it!

Summary: Broken after one year
Review: This product worked great for almost one year to the day after purchase. The number keys have stopped working. Unless you buy a new phone every year, I would avoid.

Summary: Exceptional clarity, good features, and nice looking to boot
Review: This was my first cordless phone, and I was nervous about sacrificing sound quality by going cordless. After reading reviews and checking out phone appearances, I chose the TRU346. I was delighted to notice no difference in clarity between this phone and my corded one. I can take it down two flights of stairs to my basement and have no problems with reception. My only complaint (and there may not be any cordless phones that do this better) is that the caller ID and redial features compare unfavorably to the cell phones I am used to. Caller ID only stores a 10-digit number, so if you forget to press "1" before redialing someone who has called you long distance, the call does not go through. As the Caller ID memory stores 50 numbers while the speed dial only stores 20, I tend to use the caller ID memory as a phone book. I wish, therefore, that you could edit the caller ID info when it is incomplete (for instance, changing "Wireless Caller" or "Georgia" to the person's name) and save it in memory. (Or have a larger phone book that would display the approrpiate person's name when they called as on a cell phone.) But these are small quibbles with minor features; in performance, where it counts, I have no complaints. And to top it off, the phone is great looking, and doesn't take up much space.

Summary: Great phone with a bad problem!
Review: This was the best cordless phone I've ever used (been through numerous brands and models)in terms of clarity and volume. Unfortunately the keypad started to stick after about a year and I
can't get a replacement handset! Pity! Buy it if you're willing to keep changing it annually or so.

Review: This was the first Uniden product I ever purchased, and I instantly fell in love. It's great and I really loved the style and color.
