Summary: OK, but...
Review: Bought this phone because of the "memory match" feature - Caller ID is supposed to display the name of the caller as it is saved in your directory - like a cellphone. Catch is that this only works for local callers, if you saved the number with a "1-" prefix, no match. Called ATT customer service to discuss the issue, but they couldn't understand a word I said because I was using the handset speakerphone. Returned it the very next day.

Summary: Overall a pretty good product for the price.
Review: I bought this phone with answerer after a bit of research on the many different ones out there. I didn't want to spend a lot of money (there are the new 4.8 GHz phones out there) but I wanted a system that was expandable for rooms without a phone jack and a digital answerer. What I liked about the individual handsets was that each operated also as a speakerphone. It's great when you have a 18 month old who always wants to get on the phone when they see you talking, just press the speakerphone button, let them hold the phone and you can still hear and converse with the caller on the other end. The sound quality is pretty clear (having been on the opposite end of a speakerphone call) and the digital answerer is okay - could be better but I've definitely had worse. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with this phone and would recommend one to try it if they are looking for a similar system.

Summary: Look for something better
Review: I purchased the AT&T 2325 after having another AT&T cordless machine for years. This model disappointed. Sound quality was poor. The machine doesn't value your time when reviewing messages. It takes too much time to maneuver. Requires that you listen to time stamp with each play. The buttons are not sensitive enough. Takes too many tries to recognize remote access code. Will be returning for another machine.

Summary: works, but that's it
Review: I purchased this phone because of the multiple mailboxes and expandable handset. I was underwhelmed . The quality of the digital voicemail recording is very poor and garbled - definitely not something you want representing you if you are a small or home-based business. And you cannot record individual messages for the mailboxes - only one main message directing people to choose 1,2 or 3.

I would say my expectations were probably too high. For a basic answering machine for personal use, it's okay. But I have returned it.

Summary: Great phone for the price
Review: I upgraded my old 900Mhz phone to this 2.4Ghz phone which has a bunch of features. The call quality isn't perfect, because there is a slight hiss constantly, but overall with the featuers I thought this was a great buy for the money (I got it very cheap after rebate).

The handset speakerphone is a must-have feature, and the way the other features work are more like a cell phone which has a good menu.

Overall, please with the phone. I wouldn't pay a lot of money for it, but if you pick it up cheap it's a great deal.

Summary: Biggest piece of junk ever
Review: I've never come across such a shoddy piece of consumer electronics. This sad excuse for a phone has convinced me to NEVER buy ANY AT&T product again. How bad is it? Where to start! Horrible sound quality for starters. Standby time is pitiful. After less than eight months, one handset doesn't even work--it just makes a sizzling sound when it is taken off the hook. I'm going back to Panasonic--never had a problem with those!

Summary: OK, but...
Review: If you're looking for more than the basics, go elsewhere. Even then, think again! The seemingly simple task of dialing an outgoing call is complicated and risky -- oftentimes it takes 5 or 6 tries to dial a number and "get a line". Speaker in handset is a plus, but that's about all this phone has going for it!
