Review: I had to dig about 30 minutes to find Andrew's helpdesk number...They got me connected and it now works and adds about 2 dots to the signal strength reading on my phone. I am happy. Make sure that you order the adapter cable for your phone.

Summary: No instructions and not compatible with Ericsson
Review: This product comes with no instructions. I went to many cell phone outlets and none could plug it my cell phones (Ericsson and Nokia). I wasn't able to find the web site for the manufacturer. Buying this product is a visit to a post office for return of this product back to Amazon.
