Ericsson Leather Carrying Case for Ericsson A1228, R280, and R289 Phones

Review: DO NOT BUY this product if you are looking for a carrying case. The only true statement is that it is made of leather. There are no tempered belt clips or convenient wrist straps. The only way to carry this is to put it in your pocket or hold in your hand. The price is also too high for what you get. Purchase this product only if you want an over priced leather protective case. I am only assuming that the case will protect your telephone. I am extremely disappointed with this product.

Review: If you're looking for a good case for the Ericsson R280LX get the "Belkin swivel clip case" for the Nokia 61xx instead. There's plastic covering to go over the keys. The leather against the antenna is sort of pinched but not a big deal. The adaptor sockets on the base of the phone is pretty much unonstructed. The phone fit like a glove. On the Ericsson R280LX, it's not a problem to recharge with the rapid charger with the case.

Summary: Misrepresentation of Features
Review: The leather carrying case for the Ericsson A1228 and R280 phones, are somewhat misrepresented where features are concerned. After ordering and receiving one of the carrying cases for my R280 phone, based on the advertised features,I was very disapointed when I did not find the tempered belt clips, and the convenient wrist strap, as advertised,which are the very features that sold me on product. I have complete trust however, that the other features are as advertised.
