Summary: Cheap But Noisy Hands-Free Accessories a Help
Review: My cell phone service provider charges about thirty dollars for a car charger alone so when I saw this combo pack I was pleased to see three accessories for half the price. Though the pack does not come with instructions or a manual of any type, I found the three accessories pretty self explanatory. I was most interested in the charger for long car trips but I was disappointed to find it made a high-pitched, low-volume, whining static noise. I'm not entirely sure why the charger emits this sound or if it would do the same in another car. When the car is running some of the noise is drowned out and for only fifteen dollars I can live with the noise. The earpiece fit comfortably over my ear without major discomfort. The vent clip was assembled when it came and I was able to attach it to an AC vent with minimal effort. The phone fits securely in the clip and rests just above the radio and AC controls. Now I do not have take my eyes off the road any more than I would to change the radio station or adjust the temperature. I recommend the item to those resourceful enough to use the product without a manual and not bothered by the noise. Thrifty Kyocera owners and drivers in states with restrictions on cell phone use while driving might also be interested in the item.
