Rating: Summary: Piece of Junk Review: Avoid this product like the plague. It is so horribly designed that it makes me wonder if they actually did product and usability testing. Ok, ok so here's why: 1. the wire from the phone to the device is too short, causing you to have to keep the plastic device near the phone at all times, 2. the retractable wire is TOO SHORT, it needs to be at least 12" longer, 3. the plastic case has a 'hang up' button that constantly rubs up against things and drops my calls (!). If those aren't reason enough consider that the earpiece falls out constantly becuase the mic either gets caught on things or swings the device out of your ear. What a waste of money.

Rating: Summary: Quick and convenient Review: I have tried ear pieces that fit around the ear but unless you are going to ALWAYS wear it, you won't use it. With other hands free the loose wires also make it impossible to quickly find and use them.
Also, how hands free are other units you have to use one hand to hold it in the ear. Jabra has different sizes to fit different ears correctly. The largest size stays in great.
This just attaches to my belt,as it stays hooked into the phone. I easily and quickly stick it in my ear whenever the phone rings, PERFECT................................................
Rating: Summary: A good earset with one big flaw. Review: I purchased this earset after owning the non-retractable version and liking it a great deal. Overall, it's the best headset I've owned (and I've owned many). It fits comfortably in my ear and it's small enough to fit in my pocket. The sound quality is its best feature. It is considerably louder than all the other headsets I've used, making even poor cell phone connections audible. I've been told by those I'm talking to that they can also hear me clearly.
But there is one major flaw. The case features a dial/hang up button that protrudes from the case. Since I choose to keep the case in my pocket, this means the button frequently gets bumped, and my phone calls away. Why they did not provide a recessed button is a mystery to me.
If you don't mind the tangled cord, go for the version without the retractable case. Otherwise, beware of unintentional dialing.
Rating: Summary: love this winder Review: I think this product is great as far as convenience. It allows me to make calls with voice dialing while driving. I never have to worry about the phone and where the wire is when I am finished. Love the windup and the microphone works great. Only problem is that the wear and tear eventually pulls the wire out of the ear piece or the connection between the phone makes it so it stops working. I have had three so far and they seem to last about 4-7 months. Just ordered another.

Rating: Summary: Garbage -- lasted only two days Review: I use other Jabra hands-free kits and like them, so I was surprised to find out how bad this one was. The "winder" box wraps around the stick shift of my car, making it a driving hazard. The connection between the wire and the box got loose, causing the device to stop working completely after two days.

Rating: Summary: Nice but needs to be replaced often Review: It's the only hands-free device that I like, but1) the ear pieces constantly fall off and have to be replaced 2) the wire pulls out of the ear boom making it fail. I deal with 1) by not using the ear pieces at all and I deal with 2) by putting a piece of durable tape around the wire and connecting it to the boom. I don't like the flaws, but it is by far the most convenient of the others I have tried. It doesn't get tangled, has good reception on both ends and is easy to get on and off. I'm buying my third one today.
