Summary: Motorola Knock-off,or it should be
Review: I have'nt seen the holster as I don't own a Treo, but I think that it should hold the Treo with it's screen inward toward the holster as the Motorola StarTac does. That way the screen is protected until you remove it from the holster. I can't think of any reason anyone would want to remove the 180 with the holster-unless you just want a real handfull!

Summary: Keeps the Treo Handy at All Times
Review: I think the Treo Belt Clip is a well designed product that is expensive for what it is, but worth it to me. Prior to getting the belt clip, I had been carrying my Treo in my pants pocket. This resulted in the Treo faceplate getting scratched by my keys or something else that happened to be in the same pocket.

Now, my Treo is out of my pocket and closer at hand when the phone rings or a message comes in. If you use the belt clip all the time, you will also dramatically decrease the likelyhood of dropping the Treo. This was always a concern for me.

Summary: Not Bad.
Review: I've been using this now for about two weeks. I'm pretty pleased with it. It popped off my belt once, but I think it was my fault.

The Treo is somewhat differently sized than a standard cell phone, so design of this product might be considered awkward. I like being able to rotate the device when I sit down so it doesn't scrunch.

I'm a bit worried about the exposed screen, and there's no place to store the ear-peice, so I just leave it in my car.

There's no better product out there right now, though...and this beats putting it in your pocket.

Summary: Further to my earlier review
Review: Just gave this belt clip/holster a three consecutive night "workout" clipped to my jeans. The workout consisted of simply attempting to use it as it was "designed". One of the plastic grips holding the metal axle of the belt-clip hinge broke, and the whole thing is now worthless. Junk. Don't waste your time and money buying it. Perhaps Handspring will eventually come up with something as elegantly suitable as their PDA! I'm lowering my rating to one star and would give it "none" if that were possible.

Summary: Elegant but limiting
Review: Nice snug hold for your Treo and high quality construction & feel; however, don't plan on using most of the device functions while it is in the cradle. The holster prevents you from opening the lid, accessing the jog dial, or accessing the outer function buttons while the Treo is in it. You can however put the phone in the holster with the lid open if you need to access the screen (e.g. I use this holster as part of my car mount). The buttons you can easily access include the up/down buttons for declining calls and the power/volume switches on top. Overall a very classy design for most purposes.

Summary: Works ...... but could be much better --- Keep looking
Review: The clip is better than what came with my Treo 300, that is nothing. However, the design could have been much better, like being able to use the flip top without removing it from the "holster."
