Summary: Will this work in my area?
Review: I live south of Buffalo, NY. I'm wondering if anyone is out there who knows if this'll work in my area? I checked the coverage map, it looks OK, but my friend just bought a virgin mobile (she lives a half hour away) and she gets REALLY REALLY bad coverage, the map even said she would have coverage.

Review: this is probably the best phone i have ever seen. Also it gives you braging rights when you get clear service and your friends get crap. for example I have service where my parents get left with none. Also virgin mobile will give you an extra $5 dollars in air time when you sign up on-line with

Summary: Great phone, great options
Review: I just bought this phone a few days ago, but it by far surpasses any cell phone I've had previously. It has a speakerphone option, and voice recognition, so it makes using your cell phone while driving very easy, without having to look at the phone to dial or having to hold the phone against your ear and strain to hear the other person. The options the phone has are absolutely great, and it even comes with tetris as one of the games! I absolutely love my phone, and I couldn't picture a better phone by any means.

Summary: I Love This Phone!!!
Review: I purchased the Slider this week, activated it in all of 10 minutes via computer and "topped up" today. Very easy to use and good reception. The Virgin Mobile website is extremely user-friendly and fun to use.I had a contract phone and hated it; the service wasn't that great and I barely used the phone...40 bucks a month down the drain. This phone is perfectly suited to my needs. I plan on buying a couple more for my nieces and nephew, along with a few Top Up cards. I would feel much more secure knowing they can stay in touch all the time with a reliable phone. They can also have fun downloading ringtones and getting MTV news!

Review: Have had my Slider for about 6 weeks and love it. Easy to set up and use, great reception, easy to top up and gets a lot of attention from everyone else. Best of all, no monthly bills. Would recommend highly to anyone interested in prepaid phone.

Summary: the best prepaid phone!
Review: the is the best cell phone availible. i have had it for a couple months now and i love it! this is the best prepaid cell phone out there and it has the best prepaid plan (believe me, i kno). i accidentally sent it through the wash and after 2 and a half days of drying, it works just like before except cleaner. lol. a couple minor MINOR gripes; the buttons are smallish and it scratches easily. i definitley recommend this to any teenager that cant afford a monthly plan ^_~

Summary: Slider Cell Phone
Review: I just got this phone for my birthday. Its very nice and small. One of the best things about it is that its full color and that is much better than black and white. I was gonna get the Audiovox, but this phone seemed much better in comparison. It slides out to reveal the numbers which is cool and it comes with 4 games.{tetris,race21,brickattack,and doodler} The activation is very easy if you do it on the computer and you dont even need a credit card. Its got very clear calls and cool textmessaging feautures. You can go on mtv and vh1 and it only costs a dime a day. My only complaint is that the antannae seems a little flimsy
but since you dont need it anyway, it doesnt matter. If you get this phone,you'll be greatly surprised how great it is for a prepaid phone!

Summary: HEALTH RISKS OF THE SLIDER
Review: ALTHOUGH I FIND THIS PHONE VERY ATTRACTIVE & EASIER TO OPERATE WITH ONE HAND THAN MY VOX 8500. I WILL NEITHER PURCHACE IT OR RECOMMEND IT, DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT HAS AN ANTENNA THAT MAY NOT BE EXTENDED. THIS ALLOWS THE SIGNAL TO BE SENT FROM JUST BEHIND THE EAR WITH THE POTENTIAL TO INCREASE ONES CHANCES OF DEVELOPING A CANCER. I HAVE SEEN FOLKS USING THEIR PHONE WHILE IT WAS MOUNTED ON THEIR CARS DASH, SITTING ON A SURFACE AWAY FROM THE BODY OR BEING CARRIED IN THE HAND AWAY FROM THE HEAD & BODY. I SUPPOSE I COULD RECOMMEND IT IF IT WERE TO BE USED AS DISCRIBED.

Review: This was a terrible phone. First of all it was shipped to me broken, then when I finally got it fixed, the stupid thing freezes. I had it a month before I sent it back for a full refund. Now I have a plan with Nextel, that's where you should go.

Review: The first time i looked at the phone i thought it was pretty "thight". The price was kinda high but you can go to amazon.com and get it for a lot less. It has all the modern convieniences of all the other phones. Don't think twice. Get it right away. I just ordered mine yesterday from amazon.com and am waiting to get in in 5 days. GET THE PHONE RIGHT NOW ITS AWESOME. DONT THINK TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
