Summary: thanks for the tip
Review: ...found the link to http://muwap.com here on amazon. Also found that they give you 10% off everything when you type in "amazon" as the coupon code. They have tons of tones for the Nokia phones, and with the coupon it's only $9/year. Cheaper than mMode, and much better selection. Thanks, whomever posted this before!

Summary: Surprising ... Junk from Nokia?
Review: After owning solid, reliable Nokia TDMA phones for several years, I migrated to AT&T GSM and accepted this as a "free" promotional phone. Unfortunately, "free" isn't cheap enough ...

Disadvantages:

- TERRIBLE audio quality! Severe echo, white noise, and frequent garbling. Just barely usable.
- Cheap, flimsy construction
- Awkward and error-prone keypad design
- Unreliable volume control - frequently defaults to high volume despite user setting
- And more ...
Nokia would have been better served to put their effort into higher quality audio, a sturdier case and better keypad, rather than focusing on useless features such as "polyphonic ring tones," wallpaper for the 1" square low-res screen, crude wireless web features, games, and the like.

There are better Nokia alternatives in GSM, but at steep prices, and you will be paying for other "vital" features like a crude camera, fold-out keyboards, etc. If you want a phone that is primarily designed to reliably MAKE AND RECEIVE PHONE CALLS (!!!), and not play games .. you are probably better served by traditional TDMA service and the more robust and simple Nokia TDMA phone offerings.

Summary: great value for the $$
Review: For those using the ATTWS GSM platform, the Nokia 3595 represents outstanding value with: color screen, Li-Ion battery, GSM 850/1900, compatibility of accessories with older Nokia models, great clarity on calls & more. Size is good---not overly miniature or small; easy to hold & dial. Very lightweight. Keyboard is easy to use after initial break-in period. On/Off button on top of phone where it belongs. Very easy to use proven Nokia menu system. Great value at low or no cost.

Summary: A very good phone for a very good price.
Review: I had just placed an order for this phone over the weekend and the date they (amazon) promised for it to be delivered by was the beginning of the next week. Amazingly though, it arrived that same week, I thought I should share that note.
The phone itself is not bad if you're looking for a value phone with a few extras. The ringtones are very loud even at the lowest setting. The only major problem is navigating the menus but that's probably because I'm not use to Nokia's. Reception is good and clear. Get this if you want a value deal and A PHONE without the unnecessary bells and whistles.
Also, there's no direct connectabilty with a computer, which could be usefull sometimes.

Summary: Best bang for the buck
Review: I have owned this phone for a year now and absolutely love the sound (excellent reception) and build quality. The interface is quite user friendly and wonderful to look at...although it is sometimes hard to see in direct light. Plenty of downloadable apps and games for it, and just enough bells and whistles to keep me happy. Highly recommended.

Summary: Excellent Buy!!!
Review: I have this Nokia 3595 and it's AMAZING... the keypad it's easier to use than I though, the ringtones are INCREDIBLE, I can hear the people who call me very clearly, the cellphone design when you say it in your hands is cool, the cell's lights at night are really NICE too... I think this is one of the best cell I ever had. The wallpaper pictures don't have a great resolution but for a cellphone is great.

I bought it and when one of my friend saw it she said:"I am going to buy one TODAY"... THIS IS A GOOD CELL, I recommended to anyone.

Summary: Nokia misses the mark on this one
Review: I like Nokia products in general - but this one is simply not good. For one this phone has a 'plastic' feel to it. Simply too light and yet still not compact. I had 2 of these phones...the first one the ring and vibrate would occasionally get stuck and continue to vibrate after answering the call. This also happened on the 2nd brand new one I got. The keys are actually easy to get used to but after 4 months the MENU button started to give out. I had to start REALLY pushing it hard...I could have sent it to Nokia but a friend gave me another one to use.

I think Nokia makes many better phones than this one...shop around some more first before settling on this one!!!

Summary: A handy phone, with not so handy functions.
Review: I purchased, rather, received this phone for free with AT&T service about 3 weeks ago. As an active teenager, I think its button layout is pretty cool, and I love the fact that it weighs so little. It's packed with 11 menu features, text AND multimedia messaging, mMode (©) or, wireless internet access, and much more. I have downloaded three ringtones and they sound great, I love hearing my phone ring now, heh. However, there are some things that bug me about this phone. It has one-touch dialing so you can store the number and just press, for example, "8" and it will call the person stored there. Well, when I do that sometimes, the phone shuts off by itself and turns back on. And sometimes, when I'm opening incoming text messages, the phone freezes and I have to shut it off. The entire interface moves about a half second behind how fast you press the buttons, maybe longer, but that's not so bad. You can have voice tags, but I wish there was more memory for it so I could add more. I guess overall the phone is a good buy, generally a first time cellphone user would enjoy it. Great buy, especially when it came free with service activation. :-)
