Summary: Great phone - pda - digital recorder !
Review: Get this great phone, get a blutooth USB thingy, download the manager software from nokia website and this works just like a pda. You can expand the 16MB with a MMC/SD card. Very happy with it. Wish it had a case...

Summary: Good Phone
Review: One of the few phones I've used that delivers what's promised. Solid phone: easy to use, works predictably, does lots of cool stuff.

Also has some features I didn't expect. It synchronizes _very_ well with iSync, even down to photos you've taken and attached to people. That works for transfers originating from the phone or the mac! I can read my .mac email without problem.

I wish the ringer was louder, but the vibration's good 'nuff.

Summary: awesome!!!
Review: this phone is so cool! i can send pictures anytime anywhere! it's light, simple and very modern. at first the dials are hard to read but once you get used to it, it's the best ! the negative thing too is i hate the fact that it is kind of big but for the price ...it's definitely worth it.

Summary: disappointing
Review: This phone looks great in the description; it has loads of cool features. However, the picture quality is really pitiful- you almost can't tell what you have taken a picture of. Also, it is too large to fit in any purse cell phone pockets or holders- it is really huge. Another thing is the buttons are very hard to use. I just returned mine and am shopping for another one!

Summary: Great Phone
Review: For the price you get for this phone (free) you can not beat it, there are nice options its not that big the camera is great for asigning pictures to numbers you get from going out the night before :). The circular pad is different but no less dificult to use. The display is sharp and all in all I think its a great phone.

Summary: Best Phone for the price
Review: I have researched for cell phones for a month and found this one the best for this price. Battery life is fine has a big screen and have tons of features, it's size is little big but if you need lots of features, go for it. Fun features are 10sec video with sound, nice picture quality, games and more games to download. IR also works fine with Nokia suite for 3650 app. which is available for download from Nokia's site. It also works as a PDA. So you get everything for a very low price.
Somebody had mention about boot problem, I had it too once but it's not a problem if you hold power button for few seconds till it finishes boot process it will work fine.
Well, if you have this phone enjoy it, but if you do not have this phone(believe me) get it.

Summary: Boot failure
Review: The phone has some cool features that I liked. However, the phone stopped working altogether after a month's use. When I tried to power the phone on, a flashing 'Nokia' logo appeared for a few seconds and the phone powered back off. I took it to a T-mobile store and they told me that the phone wasn't going through the boot cycle.

T-mobile was nice to promptly send me a replacement phone. However, after a weeks use, I had the exact same problem and was forced to send the phone back. Now, I think I have had enough of this phone and it's time to move onto to some other phone that doesn't keep failing to boot. All cool features aside, what are you going to do when the phone refuses to power on!!

Summary: Best Phone EVER
Review: I got my 3650 about a month ago, and I'm blown away. The camera's quality is great for a cell phone. Its loaded with features right out of the box. But seriously, the best part of this phone is its expandability. I bought a 64mb MMC card and got a few good programs for the phone. I recommend checking out a program called "Photographer". It ads zoom features and takes much higher quality pictures, even panoramic photos. Theres also MP3 players available for the phone, even 3d games. With the exception of the P800, this is definitely the best phone on the market, but when it comes down to price/value, the 3650 is the best.
