Rating: Summary: Good buy for ur money Review: Well, the phone is loaded with great features...work superb...but the first thing you need to do is buy a cover for the phone...coz the screen and the plastic body can easily get scratched - i found this the hard way... but on the whole, combined with the excellent service from T-mobile, i think its a good buy...
Rating: Summary: Who needs a PDA? Review: Unless you are a super-serious gadget person, the Nokia 3650 is more than enough of a phone/organizer for most people and people that like gadgets. It has the orgaznier (calendar/games/to do list) functions of a PDA with phone and wireless internet capabilities built in, along with a digital camera. The OS is great. Symbian has great applications and more are coming out all the time. Currently I'm waiting on the Symbian Lie detector program you can put on your phone. The screen is big, but thats a good thing. The only thing I think could be better is a flash on the camera and a lens cover. The phone is a little large, but it packs a lot of technology in a small package. Want a phone with ringtones? Have a "real" tone and use a digital wav file to play the song or sound you want to use. The expandable MMC card allows you to add extra storage to your phone. Currently i have 128 megs of space and I have Simpsons episodes plus Seinfeld episodes on my phone to keep my attention when getting my oil changed. I can write on and on about this phone, but I'll leave at what i've said so far. You can do a lot with this phone and its well worth the money.
Rating: Summary: Nokia 3650 Review: As cell phones go, the Nokia 3650 is a little big, but that doesn't bother me. It's got a nice size, easy to see, color screen and a built in camera. The pictures aren't really great but I didn't get it for that. I was looking more for security. I can easily take a picture of all of the nuts I encounter on the road every day. Or if I get in an accident, I can take a picture before the cars are moved. Or if I go shopping and I'm not sure about something I see, I can take a picture and look at it again when I get home. After reading the book, the Nokia 3650 was easy to set up and once set up it's even easier to find what you're looking for and to use. It's got speed dial, voice activated dialing (which unlike other phones that I had pretty much works for me)and a speakerphone. Another thing I like is that you can put a person in your phone book and have multiple numbers and information for them. The Internet is easy to use with T-Mobile's T-Zones. I really don't see that I would have a need for Internet access on my phone frequently, but I did set it up for the local movie theaters so if we're out and decide to go to a movie I can go online and see what is playing where, or to go to Mapquest for directions or check my email if we go out of town. It also takes short video clips, has a calculator, alarm, infrared port and bluetooth, which you use to transfer and sync stuff to your home computer. The only negatives that I have found are that the ringer just doesn't ring loudly enough and the speakerphone could also use to have a louder volume.
Rating: Summary: Fantastic phone! Review: I got this phone when changing providers from Sprint to T-Mobile. It's a really cool toy. I have no problem with the keypad's layout - I actually think it makes the phone more exciting. I wasn't thrilled at all with the games - I expected much more. Also, be aware of purchasing cheap accessories. Getting a face plate that is not manufactured by Nokia kills the volume of the speaker. The back plates of the phone feel a little loose - if I didn't have a leather case for it I would have probably lost them by now. There is a very limited supply of accessories on the market. I spent days looking for a decent leather case and even the one I have now does not fit the phone very well - it slides to one side all the time. The battery life is good, the phone has great ringer tones. I am also very pleased with T-Mobile service. I have had the phone for a couple of months now and never had a dropped call. I recommend this phone to anyone who is comfortable with the size and the keypad layout.
Rating: Summary: Beautiful phone Review: this phone is amazing. let me tell you the truth, the only reason i got this phone was because amazon was offering for free. i was not to happy about its abnormally large size. i thought that i would have prefered a smaller camera phone, but my opinion has drastically changed since then. when i received the phone and plugged it in to charge right then and there i new that this phone was a winner. contrary to popular belief, it is not that big of a phone. in fact, it is smaller than the camera flip-up phones when they are opened. i bought the t-mobile unlimited t-zones service for [a reasonable price] and this phone is perfect for surfing the web and talking on aim. i found out this morning that i can connect to the internet on my laptop using the ir port to beam the connection to my laptop and boy am i happy. to end this review i would like to say that this phone has grat reception and a superior battery life. the camera is not all that great, but is good enough to make 4x6 prints. the onboard video camera with real player is amazing. so i suggest that if you are looking for a good color camera phone for FREE the Nokia 3650 is right for you !
Rating: Summary: big phone, big screen, strange key layout Review: this phone I purchased to replace moto T722i moto is good, but battery is bad the first feeling of this phone is: big, big like good-old 51xx the screen is big too, and it has a superior plus, it looks really good under either light or dark, though it has only 12bit color, the screen is still clear under sunlight is a huge plus bt is new to me, and it takes about 45 mins to figure out how to hook up, initial setup includes the phone and bt name and passcode, once it's done, I have to connect bt serial port to "hook up", once it's connected, I can use the phone as a modem or run pc suite (both tools can be found at nokiausa.com) the key layout is like good-old dial phone, which is circular, luckily I get accustomed quickly, and feel not too much different from others, just one thing to complain that the directional button is not assigned as shortcut key, like moto does, there're only 2 shortcut keys, it's not enough camera is very, very impressed, though not like real digital camera, the pics, even live view, is good, and transferrable to pc (through pc suite), and looks good on pc (640x480 is good enough for a phone) realplayer can make the phone acts like internet radio walkman, but there're some complains: 1. can't disable speaker even though the earphone is plugged in; 2. the volume is weak through earphone; 3. only support rtsp procotol, no http, no pnm screen saver shows a clock, which is really convenient tri-band is another big plus, just remember to "unlock" the phone before use it overseas, and just ask T-Mobile, they'll provide the code for FREE conclusion: if size doesn't matter for you, this phone is a good choice, with nice big screen, good reception (a little bit better than moto T722i, which has good reception), good camera function, 100% wireless connection (irda/bt) between pc, you'll not feel sorry the reason I give 4 stars is realplayer problem, too few shortcut, and bt setup
Rating: Summary: great phone, but a little too big and confusing Review: The phone is great, but for more than one week, I can't find the volume button and I have problem to adjust the ring tone volume:) For some funny reason, they don't allow you to adjust the volume except during a call, and they hide the feature of adjusting ring volume in a secret place: the profile! What the hell I should know it's about ring volume! But after you get used to it, it is really a great phone, and I found the full functioning calendar super useful. Now I store all the meeting and oppointments on this phone. And it does has a long battery life! The negative things: 1.This phone is way big and heavy comparing to other brand. I almost feel that I can use it as a self-defense weapon :) 2.Some most used features are hidden deep and not easy to find 3.The quality of the camera is not impressive, just so-so and so-so. But if you are not crazy about the whole phone-camera idea, then you should be fine with it. 3.
Rating: Summary: Best phone currently on the market! Review: Hey Gary Chia or whatever your name is... pretty good review but you can use this phone on any international GSM network. If you buy a t-mobile subsidized model all you have to do is request an unlock code from t-mobile and they'll respond with an unlock code anywhere from a day to three days. Think before you type. I used my phone all throughout Europe with providers from each country i was in.
Rating: Summary: Good but not too good Review: Pros: Loaded with everything. Comes with a 2MB card and has tons of stuff to play with Cons: TOO BULKY. No java or symbian based applications. Circular keyboard takes time to get used to.
Rating: Summary: Absolutely great!!!!!! Review: I have had this phone for a week now and I am delighted with it. Everything works as advertised.
