Rating: Summary: Absolutely LOVE my Nokia 3220 Review: I've had my 3220 about 2 weeks now and I love it! I have no complaints whatsoever! I've always had Nokia phones - this will be my 5th, but this one definitely stands out from all the rest! My previous phone 3560 was ok, but i was on tdma service, now I'm on GSM and the reception and sound quality is awesome. I never knew a cell phone could sound so clear. alot of people I talk to don't even realize I'm on my cell cuz it's so clear. I love the lights, love how Nokia's menus are so easy to operate and i love the look and size of this phone! I'm not really into all the techy stuff this phone can really do - games, PC, whatever, but as a phone it is awesome! The camera is pretty good - I havn't had any other cell phones w/cameras to compare it to. Overall, I would totally recommend this phone, however good luck trying to find one!
Rating: Summary: The New Nokia 3220, unexpected gift, yet perfect for me..... Review: The New Nokia 3220 was a phone I never knew about until a few days ago, (check the date I submitted this review), yet when I lost my old phone around the house somewhere, I never really thought of purchasing a new one, that is until I received this as a Christmas gift, with a big orange box and the caption, "Merry Christmas" written on it from Orange.
The chrome is nice around the phone, and the buttons as well as the screen are good in size, with nothing bulky to be bothered about. But the real uniqueness with this is the flashing lights it has on both sides of the phone. They flash out a cool combination of green, red, and orange colours creating a wonderful effect and nice illumination to the phone in the dark, rather than the boring light-up screen which it and every other phone also has. The lights are merely there for fun, and you can remove them at the touch of a button. There are two videos in it, and a few polyphonic ring tones that come as standard; some are cool, others are not as quite.
The camera, unlike its predecessors, emits a crystal clear, sharp image whenever you wish to take a picture. In addition there is a portrait mode, and also a night mode. There is also a video mode, with great sound and startling quality regardless of speed of movement in the video. Photo-messaging is also available, as well as normal text messaging, and there is a nice voice recorder, which is satisfactory when you play it back. The Organiser folder also has Synchronisation, and there are actually 5 games, including; Water Rapids, Adventure Race, Phantom Spider, Club Pinball, and Dance Delight, each of them fun and funky to play.
Of course, there is fast connection to GPRS, and the back of the phone has a nice cover, which you can replace with 2-3 more in your box, if you signed up to Orange, (only for British customers, which you also receive 30 free Photo-messaging, as well as 3p texts for two months).
The phone, from its busy and packed yet organized features on the interior, to the bright and eye-catching exterior, will be a phone you will not regret, especially with one of those cool offers available, and will keep with you for a long time.
