Summary: No problems
Review: High quality, compact, yet sturdy. I hate cell phones. I swore I'd never have one. But one misfortune where a woman is all alone, then I knew I'd regret not having one. Greatest gift I've ever received and it was out of concern and love. Battery lasts all day and night without recharging. The black vinyl and plastic cover is cheap and tears easily, so I got the belt clip snap-on and I am happy with it. I'd like to get the nice leather cover for it. Highly recommend. Coverage is great in my area, but always check for yours. Customer service is top notch.

Summary: Very Happy Indeed
Review: I chose this phone because it was smallest and a flip phone offered by Nextel. I've been nothing but impressed! Not only it is amazingly durable it's quite an eye catcher! I've had many comments on the blue backlight and the midi ring tones, in fact I think I've gotten other people to give up their contracts at other carriers to switch to Nextel just to get this phone. As far as coverage is concerened....I travel A LOT and the only problem I had was no coverage is EXTREAMLY remote areas. The customer service is timely and reasonable when resolving issues (getting credit for time not able to use phone due to lack of coverage) not too many carriers will provide that! All is all it IS a bit more than I would have liked to pay, but you do get what you pay for...

Summary: Good basic phone with a few annoyances
Review: I've had my phone for 4 months now and my overall experience with the phone has been average. The calls sound great, the speaker phone works very well, and the two way feature is great. The down side of the phone is the user interface. It is not very intuitive to use like a Samsung phone. It is a huge improvement from older Motorola models but still has a long way to go. The battery life is average. I have to charge the phone every other day and I consider myself a light user. Lastly, the belt clip was design so that you can't see the display when the phone is in the clip. You have to remove the phone from the clip to see who is calling you!

Summary: the i90 is okay
Review: my main gripe is that the two way radio feature cuts off alot. i use it for business and i find it very irritating that at least 50% of the time i use the two way radio there's interference. the previous nextel model had much better reception and i wish we would of kept them though the battery life of that one wasn't as good as this model. yes it has a whole bunch of nice features but when it comes to using it for the purpose intended it sort of doesn't meet my expectations.

Summary: the phone is good but service is ...
Review: The phone is o.k. It is really large compared to the newer Sprint PCS phones for example. Plus, nextel is horrible.

Summary: Nice little Phone.
Review: Let me start out be saying that I have been with Sprint for the past 3 years and finally got fed up with dropped calls and no reception at my house. I did lots of research and finally decided on Nextel, mainly because of this phone. I've had 2 samsung phones and this is my 3rd Motorola phone. I agree that Motorola makes the most durable phone on the market. I've dropped my motorola phones and have had no problems (unfortunately this includes my i90). This is my favorite phone I've owned to date. When you pop it out of the clip and open it up, people start starring. The blue backlit display is easy to read and really cool. I personally don't think that the menu is that difficult to navigate, it just takes some getting used to. If you want a durable phone with awesome voice quality (earpiece and speakerphone), great features and stylish looks, this is it.

By the way, I haven't had any dropped calls or disruption of service in Southern Orange County, CA.

Summary: The best Nextel phone, but it still stinks !
Review: This phone is still very heavy compared to sleeker phones with AT&T wireless and other GSM phones. The software menu's are really tough to use, unless you are already used to the Motorola quality.
Nextel has only junk Motorola phones. All flips with really [bad] software. 3-4 years behind the rest of the world just to keep the phones free after rebates. Only reason they sell is that they are American :-)
The flip seems flimsy, about to break.
See much better AT&T, Cingular and Sprint phones unless you are stuck in Nextel contract !
