Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!
Review: I bought this phone because T-Mobile didn't offer the v60 in my market. I was just looking for a flip phone that had external caller id. I wasn't really thrilled with the looks or the external camera attachment (which I may have used once).
I have had this phone replaced three times, each one having a different, unique problem.
The first one would not take a charge, either from my home or car charger;
the second one would turn off if I closed it too quickly (or whenever it felt like);
the third one would phase out display items on the exterior LCD screen.
T-Mobile and Motorola both helped me with the resolution to my ongoing ordeal with this phone. I now have a v600; I am so happy with this phone! I think it is available with most major carriers. Please read the reviews for the v600 phone. DO NOT BUY THE T722i UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

Review: I have dropped this phone, it has slid across concrete, done cartwheels down flights of stairs, and it STILL works great!! it barely even has any scratches on it! downfalls? the color screen isn't what i would call color, kind of faded. the menus are a little slower than i would like. and once in a great while the phone just goes dead. the screens go blank. when it comes back on there is no service. you have to turn it off and back on and then it works flawlessly for about a month usually. i don't know what this is...maybe it's because i dropped it down a few flights of stairs?? :) all in all it's been a really reliable little phone. crystal clear calls with AT&T
