Summary: Love my new nokia phone
Review: I got this phone after my Samsung A460 died (2nd A460 that died in a year). This phone is really cool. I don't really care much for the other Spring phones that have camera. I've already had bad experiences with Samsung and am gonna stay away from their phones.

Only have good things to say about this phone. Never realized how good the signal was at my place till i got this phone. Even though it shows only half stregth the voice quality is great. People on the other phone can hear me really clear.

Phone has a cool colorful, easy to use menu. All the features you can ask for from a cell phone. Highly recommended with 5 stars. Too early to say how long its gonna last but i got a really good feeling about this one. Hope Sprint keeps it for a long time, unless they come with another Nokia!

Summary: The coolest phone in the world!
Review: I got this phone as my Christmas present. It was the first phone that I have ever had and I absolutely love it. It has so many different features and is really cool looking too! I couldn't wait to show it off to all of my friends!

Summary: Nice Display but falsly advertised
Review: I got this phone in november 2003 I was really excited to upgrade from a 3390. This phone has a great display and wallpapers but soonly enough I realized that this phones textmessaging does not work. I got in touch with Sprint and they said that it was to be launched January 18th whichhas passed and it still doesnt work. Not to mention the coverage sux! i went 2 the mall down the street from my house and they charged me roaming charges. So i am now getting a new cellphone because I cant take any more of sprints crap!

Summary: Sprint sux no one go to spriint
Review: I got this phone November of 2003 I was really excited to upgrade to a color phone.I told all of my friends and they all told me to text them well when I tried to do this a message appeared on the screen saying that this service is not yet avalible and I tried emailing sprint and they said that it would be launched the 18th of January so I am eagerly waiting for the date and the date has long been passed and no sign of text messaging. This phone may be free but it is definetly not worth all of the stress that it causes. If you mainly get a cellphone to text people then this phone is definetly not the right phone for you. I mean the phone has some nice features such as the three way calling whick my friends who have the nokia 3595 do not have and the screen is very nice and bright it is very easy to use.Another disappointment to me was when I found out that this phone didnt have downloadable ringtones or wallpapers. Another doubt to me towards this phone is when I spent $40 on a cover for this phone and found that it didn't fit it right. They wouldn't take it back because they said that they couldn't take it back because it wasn't there fault and I had the receipt and everything.IF you are getting the phone for the looks I recomend that you go to verizon wirless and het the nokia 3589i which looks exactley like it but where the 3588 is silver the 3589 is navy blue. They dont have any problems with them.

Summary: Great Phone for a limited budget!
Review: I just got this phone on January 12, 04. I have enjoyed it ever since. I replaced my old Qualcom 2760 with this Nokia 3388i.

Pros: Has all the bells & whistles
Great signal strength even in basement
BRIGHT display and very loud ringer
Ease of use and navigation through the menus
3-way calling feature is very easy to use
Very clear with earpiece(use a standard earpiece)
Voice dialing capability
An empty battery is fully charged in exactly 2hours
Battery talk time lasts about 2.5 hours
...many other nifty tools

Cons: Volume is very small without using the earpiece attachment
(best use with an earpiece)
No Camera
No Speaker phone
Limited ring tones and background images.
The ring tones and background images are poor and no good!
Can not add additional ring tones nor background images

Overall the phone is splendid functionally and very good for its price. If you want a good phone and are not particular about the ring tones and background images then I strongly recommend getting this phone. It is light weight, has good reception, clear sound, and has many additional features/tools.

Summary: Not bad for free...
Review: I just replaced my Kyocera QCP-2035 with this Nokia, the model I have is actually a 3588i. The Nokia has quite a few bells and whistles that my old phone didn't - such as a voice recorder, for making quick notes, you can set an alarm to go with a voice note if you want, a calander to store dates, meetings, birthdays, etc, and a profiles feature - where you can store settings for different environments like in meetings, or at the theater. I never did get the silence all feature to work properly on my last phone. One drawback is that this address book seems a little more difficult to use. If you have multiple numbers stored under a name, it takes more keystrokes to get to the number you want. I have to agree, also, with other comments about the poor ringtones. There's only a couple that resemble actual ringing. My old phone had a much more user friendly address book, and better selection of ringers. The wallpapers are kind of cute, athough a very limited selection. Also, there is no setting for the key lock to come on automatically. There is a key lock feature, but I have to go through the menus to use it.
Overall, though, not bad for free...

Summary: New to the phone
Review: I just want to say everything is cool with it, but I wanted to be able to download new games and ringtones is that possible with this phone? What website is there it has this model to download it to your phone? But overall great reception and very colorful and nice.

Summary: Love the Phone, BUT...!
Review: I love the phone and all, because I really did need one, but I didn't expect the price of the bill when I received one. Also, I've had my phone for a little over two months now and still have yet to receive my free accessories that were supposed to come with the phone. Every time I call the company, they keep telling me to wait a couple of weeks, and that I should be receiving it shortly.
Other than that, I do love the phone and all that I am able to do with it; and I'm not just talking about making the phone calls! :)
