Summary: Great Phone!
Review: I got this phone about a month ago....it is great. The price was reasonable, it has great graphics, cool ring tones, colored screen, text messaging, e-mail, and so much more. It has an amazing battery life and you only have to charge it every so often. I think it is the best phone that I have ever used. If you are looking for a good, cheap, reliable phone, I strongly suggest you get this phone.

Review: I have this phone with an AT&T contract in Connecticut. I hardly have any service anywhere. If you have two or three bars of service you would think you would get your phone calls, but you don't. About 40 percent of my phone calls go straight to voice mail. Now you know why AT&T gave me this phone for free, it is total GARBAGE. My friend has cingular and has the same phone and has the same problems. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Summary: Fun, fabulous phone
Review: I got this phone when I upgraded to GSM and I love it! After owning a few other phones (by different manufacturers), the Nokia 3595 shines. It's simple to use, the screen is easy to read, and the battery charge lasts much longer with this phone than with the other phones I've used. In addition, I've downloaded ringtones and graphics (Nokia provides detailed instructions which are helpful for those of us who have a lower degree of tech savy)and I've even bought a faceplate in my favorite color.If you want a phone that is reliable, easy to use, and offers you the ability to personalize it, you might want to try the Nokia 3595.

Summary: Excelent phone at an excelent price
Review: I just got this phone. The web browser is very good, the screen quality is algo very good. It has a noise-cancelling feature I found very helpful. Even in the middle of a football match, where there is a lot of shouting, I could clearly receive a phone call.

Summary: Overall Good Phone
Review: This is a great phone for people who don't need all the extra who-hash. I own my phone through cingular, and it works great. There are a couple thing's I don't like though 1. I can't download any games, ringtones, or wallpapers because I need some special program to get them 2. The screen and keys are only lit up for a few seconds. I reccommend this phone especially for teens

Summary: A Good Reliable Phone Packed With Features
Review: This phone is as good as the (Nokia 5190) I had replaced with the (Nokia 3595) cell phone, which is much lighter, has many more features, voice recognition,alarm clock, calculator, alarm features reminders for birthdays, business, etc.

Summary: Good Inexpensive Phone, but not suitable for Business use
Review: I got this phone because it seems simple and has all the functions I would ever need. I do not need all the digcam and extra stuff that I do not use. I previous used Motorola, Samsung, and Siemens phones but I heard Nokia got a good reputation as well. I liked the Siemens phone I had which was a S46 because I used the Infrared port on it to sync address book with my PC. Reading the product description on Amazon lead me to believe one can sync this phone with PC as well over Wireless.....==>> WRONG! The so called SyncML application is only available on an enterprise level, so one needs to pay $70 per month to sync their outlook with this phone. NOT!
To make things even worse, Nokia do not have a data cable for this phone or software. There are instructions on the web on how to mod a 3590 cable and use an 3rd party software to make it work but that's just insane in this age. Clearly, Nokia designed this phone for teens and housewives but the misleading amazon description says otherwise. The phone do handle the basic function very well though.

Summary: A Poor Nokia Choice
Review: I am really quite dissapointed with this unit. I *DO* have to admit that the battery life is really quite good - no complaints there. But lots of complaints in other places. I, also, received this phone from T-Mobile as an "Upgrade". As someone else already stated, it is most certainly a Downgrade. We are having a little more luck with it now, though, after finally getting one Customer Service Rep who told us that the phone will work much much better with an upgraded SIM card, which they were willing to give us for free. It seems that the older SIM cards have problems with this phone - bad reception (We could not talk on our phones in our apartment unless we stood IN the bathtub or in the klitchen, pressed hard up against the fridge). With the new SIM cards we now can often talk in many spots at home. Also, we no longer have the SIM card slipping issue (yes, even though it is under the battery, the SIM card in this phone DOES slip, and can constantly give no service, just the annoying "Insert SIM Card" text. Upgrading our SIM card did seem to fix this.
However, the keys stink. Ocassionally they stick down (for me, especially the '*', when I try to unlock the phone, and that annoying tone sounds until you can get it unstuck. On the other hand, it also often skips letters when you are trying to type in a text message. You KNOW you typed all the letters of that word, but they just aren't there and you need to go back and re-type them. And I agree about the Find Contacts problem other people mentioned. The Ringtones are also dissapointing. I was looking forward to finally getting some of those cool "polyphonic" ringtones (T-Mobile calles them "Megatones". Are these different from polyphonic?). Even the ones you pay 99 cents for and download online are mostly dissapointing. Half of the songs don't even sound like the songs they're supposed to be.
All in all, if you are considering a few different phones, I would strongly suggest you are likely to be happier with a different unit. I am dissapointed with both T-Mobile and Nokia for this one.
(One additional note: One Rep told us that reception can greatly imporve if you make sure to power-down your phone at least once a day. This re-sets something. Not sure if this really does make a difference or not, but I have been doing that now - I figgure for very little effort it might have some benefits.)

Summary: Great phone
Review: This is a great phone. It is easy to use, its cheap, and it has a color screen. The keys may look wierd, but its easy to get used to. Also, it may feel cheap because of the easy to change covers, but its pretty durable. Ive dropped mine with no repurcussions. But yea, I get great reception, sound quality/volume is great, and there's fun games to download. The only problem I've had is that sometimes, when I'm checking my messages, it wont show the message, then it will say 'Insert SIM Card', and I'll have to restart the phone.
