Summary: Excellent but for the size...-Muthu
Review: I have used several models before, but Nokia has the lead over Samsung and other brands. This is a excellent gadget to be proud of... that too without paying a price(Iam lucky to get it free from a TMobile dealer without any downpayments).Good:
- Trimode(SIM open ...so it can be used in countries using 900, 1800 & 1900 frequencies- Most of Asia and Europe)
- Awesome screen display and ease to use menus.
- With this TMobile has plans less than 20$ for those who just need a phone for emergency and just 1 year contract.
- Good pictures
- Upgradable Memeory,infrared and blue tooth(But u have to spend around 80 bucks for a good bluetooth enabled headset) Bad:
- Size, what else. Get a case else u end up in lots of scratches.
- Menu popping up while capturing picture(Are you supposed to take the picture without aim??)
- Low ring volume even if the volume is set to high.
- Key pads little unusual(round about) but thats not a big deal.
- With TMobile Dont expect a coverage like Sprint has. They have good coverage only thru all the major cities and freeways.
- Fast battery drainage but dont complaint about this if you play a lot around taking pictures and video clippings. Why not to have a free 300$ wonderful gadget in your pocket?

Summary: Bulky, strange, but fun
Review: If you like features galore, yes it is quite useful. But the keypad is not driver/walker/phone-holder friendly. It is bulky. It may look small, you may think oh, it is not that big, but when it is in your pocket you think, wow~ it is really not that small...
screen is huge, very user friendly applications, and you wanna get a belt clip or some kinda case- cause the face plate sometimes pops open when it hits the ground...

Summary: Good Phone for Tech Loving folks
Review: This phone is really cool for Tech Loving Folks who like to use any of the following: 1) Use Bluetooth to connect to other devices for Data transfer and/or use this phone as modem.
2) Use Infrared. (if don't have bluetooth. this is handy)
3) PIM-Contacts/Calendar Syncronization If already using it or plan to use it in future.
4) Camera comes handy for certain occasions a person cannot carry regular one. Unlimited Internet for additional @$19.99 from TMobile is very cheap and helpful in use where there is no internet access but TMobile access is available. I tested it to work with my iPAQ PDA using Bluetooth and these 2 devices make excelent combination. TZones is included, as I was told, in it. But Phone TZone display is very small. Another thing I found useful is AvantGo support for this phone, Real Media Player, Alarms are easy to use, Bluetooh Printing (Not tried tho) and support MMC card . If want to have contact/calendar synchronized (PDA, PC's/Laptops,Phone, Data Watch-sync thro PC), I believe, this is a really cheap device with new subscription and excellent in features. If not using most of the above, there are other Decent Phones that have Camera and other regular stuff. Many people don't like Dial Pad shape but this is "different". CONS:
1) Little Bulky.
2) Be careful, battery doesn't last good if playing with features a lot.

Summary: fun phone
Review: Of course any color phone is going to have a short battery life. The same way that any color lap top has a shorter battery life, it uses more energy. I love my phone, people are generally suprised that it is a phone when they see it. You get used to dialing the numbers at a rapid pace just like any other phone. I got my phone straight from the provider i use for my cell phone, so i dont know about the amazon rebate, my phone cost me about 99 dollars. For basic functions and a few advanced ones its a great phone.

Summary: Buyer Beware
Review: If it hadn't died on me twice in twelve days (we're talking two different handsets in less than a month!) this would have been the greatest phone ever. I concur with the editorial review. With both bluetooth and IR technology integrated into the phone, there's very little it can't do. The menu was very easy to navigate, the camera was amazing, the graphics and color are beyond comparison and the screen is huge to boot. The MS Outlook synchability was also really handy. I started beaming all of my Palm v.cards into it as well (one at a time, sadly) and the interface worked without any problems. Setting up my archaic desktop to receive bluetooth was even hassle free. Overall it had the potential to replace my palm pilot, digital camera and gameboy (yes, you can download a gameboy emulator onto the phone) and be a phone with great reception on top of that.
HAD IT NOT DIED.

Barring its premature death(s) the one thing that took some getting used to was the rotary style keypad, not so much for dialing numbers, but for text messaging, which if you don't do much of, really isn't a problem. It did take a little time to acclamate myself to it, but like all things, we learn and adapt. And then our phones die. Twice. (Did I mention it died?) Specifcally, the screen kept blinking on and never got past the Nokia "Logo". Same problem, both phones. The current working theory is that the gameboy emulator asked a little too much of the phone and caused some kind of short circuit. Which I suppose is valid, but I would still question why the phone would allow applications to be installed on it that were beyond its capacity to handle.
Another design irritation was that entering new numbers automatically defaulted to phone memory and not my SIM card. This is only a problem now, as I am no longer using my dead phone(s) and wishing I'd saved those now inaccessable numbers to the SIM card instead. The issue of size is also valid one, personally I found it to fit my hands well and not be too bulky. I'm also kind of tall, so fitting it in my pocket wasn't a problem either, considering it more or less replaced my pda and various other space consuming items. The phone comes with a memory chip but is also upgradeable, which is cool. If memory serves, one reviewer boasted a full length movie on his phone. More power to him. I can't get Legend of Zelda to funciton properly and he's watching Titanic. Shows to go ya.

Summary: Nice phone for all the bells and whistles-battery life short
Review: I really loved this phone when it came out. I have to admit it's the best one in the US if you want a PDA type phone along with PHOTOS and VIDEO. You will need to BUY a blutooth link adaptor however ($40). The Worst of this phone is the Battery life! It's about 24-27 hours on my phone! It sucks to charge a phone every other day or all the time, which is my case. Second, the size, it is BIG and bulky. Third, when you take pictures, you can't see the picture as you take it, only just before, then a window pops up and blocks the image. So, you might have to retry 'cause you can't see at the exact time you shoot, if someone blinks. I was glad that I got both Amazon and Nokia's rebates- so the phone was free, only saving grace to make this phone tolerable. However, the book is long and there are so many things I haven't learned since the book size and a little too ABC's style to get to an actual quick answer to basic questions, which is daunting. There are so many smaller phones with pics which is probably more practical. However since my Palm 7 was stolen, I do carry everything on this phone and it does have a SIM chip so every thing can be carried onto the next phone, BUT you must DOWNLOAD it ONE by ONE into the phone/chip(LENGTHY). If you want video, in addition to all the bells and whistles this is a nice phone; battery life and size..? this is something to think about before you commit to buying this phone with your plan.

Summary: The most features in any phone in the market.
Review: This phone has the most features of any phone in the market. Camera, tri-band, connectivity with Bluetooth and IRDa, and static and removable memory to maximize your usage of the functions.
The size is larger than many phones out there, but it is a reasonable compromise for the features. Even newer phones from Nokia are yet to have all the features of the 3650.
As a phone, reception is phenomenal, I have never suffered any dropped calls. Though you are better off locking keys when not in use. They are quite senstitive and may make a call without your knowledge, and it has happened to me more than once.
Overall, a very good deal and a great value for free.

Summary: Watch Out Never Recieved REBATES!!
Review: The phone is fine, however, the rebates promised from T-Mobile and Amazon have never appeared. I even sent the rebates reciept confirmation and am still being told they have never recieved my rebate form. If you buy the phone based upon rebates dont bother if you want a good phone this is it just dont be suprised if you dont get your rebates read in the reviews many others never recieved theirs either.........

Summary: Fun Being first
Review: Make no mistake, Nokia makes a good product. I held off for a few months in writing a review. I didn't want to be reactionary. But then I forgot. So here is my review. I purchased this phone during a small window in May of 03 when it was offered for free. I think it was only offered at that price for a week, then it jumped back up after rebates. I'll tell you this: Its fun being the first kid on the block with a Camera phone. The phone took great pictures, considering its main use is communication. The Odd Keypad layout is very attractive, but for a guy that text messages a lot, after 6 months i NEVER got used to it. I appreciated the predictive text, but it isn't as good as the T9, on the samsungs. The Phone book was easy to use, as were its other practical uses. Most importantly, the T-mobile network in the Great Los Angeles area is at its best with this phone. I had an Samsung S105 before, and the Nokia gets better service, bar none. The down sides of this phone are mainly its size, and the sluggishness of the OS. Forget putting this phone in your pocket; get that out of your head, especially if you are a female in a tight pair of jeans. The only pocket this phone fits into is a cargo pocket. lucky I wore Cargo shorts all summer. After the mystique of the camera wore off, friends and co-workers would make fun of how large it was. I'd simply reply "Its big, like a Cadillac", they'd chuckle, but in all honestly, it was an inconvenience. Often switching from one application to another take a few seconds, which got old. And it takes longer to boot up than a P1 running windows 95. Here a quick summary... PROS:
