Summary: The Best phone in the market!!!!
Review: It is really GREAT phone, it is very cool, a bit big, but who cares, as long as it has photo and VIDEO camera in it. Battery is great, ringtones, games, extra features (for example music composer!!) are the nicest. I bought it when it was 350.00, and still I think the phone is worth it. And reception is just incredible. In one year I NEVER had any problems with the reception. Just get one if you are a Nokia fan, as I am.

Summary: Never got my phone
Review: I thought this would be a great phone--I ordered it and a matching T-Mobile plan based on the recommendations on this page. I waited over 2 month for it, and an Errikson T616 to arrive but they did not. Amazon notified me there were errors in my application. It tried fixing them--twice. I awaited my phones and equipment, but nothing happened. Amazon failed to notify me in a timely way that there were problems. The end result--I'm without my phones and my order was cancelled. I cannot believe being treated so poorly.

Summary: hate it hate it hate it hate it hate it hate it hate it hate
Review: REally really hate it. I bought this phone in May of 2003. In June I sent it in to be repaired. Got the phone back in October only to have the phone die on me again in December. Sent the phone back in. This time they sent me a new phone. Guess what? It is broken too. I really wish that I would never have spent my money on this piece of junk. From now on I will stick with Samsung.
PS would have given it a negative number of stars but not an option

Summary: May have all the features, but is it worth it
Review: This phone has all the features you could think of, internet, video, audio recorders, camera, etc. The camera may be handy when you have nothing else, but the resolution is horid and its almost useless. I dont ever really get to use any of the features. I really like the speaker phone! It is so bulky everyone always gives me wierd looks because they cant figure out if it is a phone or palm pilot. The material it is made out of seems real flimsy. It's difficult to quickly text mail with the circled key pad. The ring tones are hardly audible. Sometimes it goes online on its own and I get charged. Nokias are easy to navigate, but overall the phone just has too much useless stuff and is too big.

Summary: Regret buying
Review: I was quite excited to be getting this phone, given all its functionality. The size & key pad were not (and still are not) hinderancs. The ENORMOUS problem has been with its bluetooth functionality. I have spent over 25 hours talking with Nokia customer service & 2 different Bluetooth manufacturers (Belkin & Linksys). None can fix the problem. The bluetooth companies blame Nokia & Nokia blames the bluetooth companies. Meanwhile, my phone's functionality (a KEY reason why I bought this phone) still does not work, I've wasted over 25 hours with tech people, & no answer seems in sight. This has been an exhausting and extraordinarly disapointing purchase. I could NOT recommend this prodect - or Nokia, given their poor customer service - at all.

Summary: Nerd Heaven
Review: I bought this phone a few days ago, and it is awesome!
Out of the box, it is pretty cool(...)!

Cool Features: Bluetooth, MMC Card [16MB included- but upgradable], large screen, plays any MIDI you can drop into it, IR connectivity.

TONs of software: It runs Symbian OS, so there are lots of programs/games to install. I have installed 'Active Desk' [a replacement desktop/theme organizer] and AgileMessenger [supports MSN, Yahoo, AOL, ICQ and other IMs] along with 'Extended Profiles' [lets you custimize when differnet profiles come on, or how long they last + more]. Check the Yahoo groups for 3650- there are several of them with lots of good backgrounds, games, ringtones, etc. There are replacement web browsers [Opera, NetFront], screen savers, IR Remote software, and even a Gameboy emulator [haven't tried this one yet]. Hell, there are even movies you can download and watch on the unit [once you get a larger MMC card].

Negative Features: Bad battery life when usign Bluetooth & IR excessivly, strange keypad layout [you get used to it], bluetooth learning curve, slow 'boot-up' [about 30 seconds].

I have this connected via Bluetooth to my PC [with a few headaches setting it up] but I have been having problems connecting to my TG50 clie [need special drivers from the internet].

So, at this point, I can check my e-mail, browse the web, chat on MSN or Yahoo! messenger [hard to do with the keypad- predicive input helps] and go anywhere in the US that T-Moblie has coverage [or most cities and interstates that have GSM 1900Mhz].

If you like gadgets that you can tie into your computer, palm, car, etc. then this is the phone for you!

Summary: Excellent Phone and Amazon Rebates work.
Review: I bought this phone around new years 2004 (...) P>The phone is great and here's a list of great features I like about this phone:
-Comes with an extra 16mb MMC (so you get 4mb phone memory and addtional 16mb, totalling 20mb for your phone)
-IR and bluetooth ports (excellent for transfering pictures from phone to computer)
-Large Screen - great for browsing the web on your phone. (recommend getting Doris Browser for browsing web)
-Easy to install applications and games (you can find many online and just send them from your computer to your phone via IR)
-Loud Speaker is a plus (I use calendar alarm and phone alarm all the time and the loud speakers can always wake me up)
-Free headset for driving.
-Great signal strength (compared to my last phone Nokia 3390 Gold, I use to loose signal in the elevator where I work, but the 3650 I have full strength)
-Charges battery very fast (same comparison with my last phone, use to take me 1 to 2 hour to charge a drained battery to full, but with the 3650 adapter I can get a full charge in 30 to 45 mins.!)
-Plays midi files as ringtones (you can download many free midi files online and just send to your phone via IR)
-Voice Recorder (great application that it comes with to just record quick voice messages)
-Video Recorder (one of the only phones out there that can record videos! only records 10 seconds but its always great to record something really quick to remember it)
-Camera (great quality in sunlight, and you can store hundreds of images because of the additional 16mb mmc which is also upgradeable)
-Voice acctivated dialing and one touch dialing (just something fun to use when you dont want to dial someone's number in.)

Draw backs that I've had:
-Loud Speaker died out once (probably because I use the clock alarm and calendar alarm daily, but the great thing is T-mobile replaced the phone for me for free. They shipped the phone to me, and I shipped the deffective phone to them, and they paid for all the shipping.)
-Keypad (a lot of people find the round key pad as a problem, but after a while you do get use to it.)

Thats all the draw backs I can think of. I've had this phone for over 4 months now and I use it daily. The phone is not too big as some people may say. Its bigger than most phone on the market, but it is still a small phone that you can just put in your pocket. Navigating through the menu is easy and if you know shortcuts (like pressing the number instead of arrows to select an icon) then applications can be selected fast.
