Summary: NO AT&T
Review: AT&T has the worst customer service ever. Do not buy from them you will regret it. The phone is good but at&t is horrible. Expect unwanted charges on your bill.

Summary: Good cell phone + Basic PDA
Review: Features that made me buy this phone:
1. Sync up with outlook without any issue(real easy).
2. Small in size + Full QWERTY keyboard
3. Fast response to contact search.
5. Blue tooth enabled
6. Tri band.

Pros:
# Full QWERTY keyboard
# Fast outlook sync up (works great after I downloaded the 6.2 version of the software from nokiausa.com)
# Free PC suite software that is really stable and let's you edit a lot of stuff in the cell phone through PC.
So practically you can edit all your phone data from pc.
# Blue tooth/IR works great for outlook sync up. I did not test it for blue tooth head set.
# Small size
# Fast software response.
# international.(tri band)

Cons:
# poor camera/graphics quality
# reception is not nokia quality (Nokia 6010 is much better than 6820)
# ok battery life

Bottom line it is a very nice cell phone with all the basic PDA functionality.
It has everything that I need. :-)

Summary: Does this website work with the Nokia?
Review: http://muwap.us. I wanna use the 10% off coupon code "amazon" and load ringers -- before I buy this phone, does that work?

Summary: Transfer number ?!?
Review: I almost checked out this phone, which btw I think is awesome (great deal), when I realized that I had not encountered any option to port my old number! I cancelled my purchase and bought the same phone and plan (for the same price) at another site which DID port numbers.

Summary: Another great Nokia product
Review: I doesn't get much better than this... If you need a small phone and do a lot of text messaging or IM, then this phone is for you. I upgraded from a Nokia 6200 and I am very pleased. The full QWERTY keyboard is the best part. The 5 way joystick is easy to use and accurate to the touch. Sure the camera isn't great, but what phone camera is? If you need a camera go get a real one! I highly recommend this phone, plus Cingular is a great company to use as the provider.

Summary: Excellent Phone
Review: I enjoy using this phone: it is clear, loud enough, has good reception, has speaker phone (!!!), and most of all it is very cool. The only "complaint" is that it would be really nice to have the same phone with higher quality camera.

Summary: Great Phone
Review: I have tried SprintPCS, Verison Wireless and now ATT and decided to go with the 6820. I love the phone - syncs (using bluetooth) great with my outlook on my PC/laptop and the bluetooth headset (Jabra BT250) works great as well with it. The keyboard is just amazing - very useful to quickly add an appointment or send an SMS. The only regret I have is the screen size (compared to the font size used) - wish it were a little bit bigger (made me consider the 6600 from T-Mobile for a while but the 6820 is a winner overall for me). The camera is inferior compared to other phones but again this is not a camera, its a phone first.

Pros:
+ Keyboard, keyboard, keyboard ...
+ bluetooth
+ small and compact
+ Nokia PC Suite that syncs flawlessly with Outlook
+ builtin Loudspeaker
+ Infrared

Cons:
+ Screen size
+ Lack of customizability in the Calendar app (specifically for font size)

Summary: What can't it do?
Review: I've had it for two weeks, it's pretty cool. Bluetooth, fold out keyboard, camera, voice dialing, syncs with the PC, works as a wireless modem. People are jealous of the keyboard.... Reception is fine, voice quality is good, battery life is good. Nokia's PC Suite software gets better with every revision. Yes, fip phones are all the rage, but you still have to triple tap the keys too much when you text people. I suggest you go see this phone, it certainly was a must-have for me....

Summary: good functional phone, not very cool though
Review: I've had this phone for 5 months. I haven't had any problems during this time and overall I am happy with it.
Pros:
- Full keyboard is great for text messaging or adding contacts/notes
- Good reception
- Small and lightweight
- Sound quality is good
- Loudspeaker is useful, especially when you are put on hold.

Cons:
- Screen can display only 4k colors. Most phones today support 64k. The colors are not very vivid. Due to these factors I never really use the camera.
- The ringing volume and the quality of the speaker leave something to be desired. My friend has a sony t610 and there is no comparison.
- The fliptop is a bit flimsy
- Doesn't have some advanced features found on phones like the motorola v600 and sony t610

Summary: Comment on Fas "Fas"'s review
Review: It definitely possible to send a text message to an email address without using the mMode. You just go to Messages+Text Messages+Create SMS Email.
Othervise, I also love the phone. So far, I have no complaints, and I highly recommend it :)
