Rating: Summary: DK 110 power supply kit for Canon S-10 Review: I though the supply kit is a must have for Cannon S10/20 owners. The kit works quite well, except it is a bit pricey. It should be included with the camera. But still is fair not being included with the camera, because i found out that other camera manufacturers dont include adapter kit with their cameras either. Owners just have to get it separately. It save operating cost in the long run. I think it would be great to have an extra rechargeable battery other than the one comes with the DK 119 kit.
Rating: Summary: Review For Canon Battery/Power Pack Review: I've recently bought a Canon S10. Let me tell you, this camera eats batteries like crazy. I checked around for rechargeable batteries but the S-10 doesn't accept them. It uses a special Lithium Ion battery supplied by Canon. My only alternative was to buy this power pack. Its one of the most useful things i've bought since my camera. Its well worth the money as it saves you hunderds of dollars in battery cost.
Rating: Summary: Save money with this rechargeable battery kit Review: Summary: The S10 and S20 are fun cameras, but they go through batteries quickly! Get this kit and you'll save money by not having to buy those expensive disposable batteries anymore.More info: This rechargeable battery kit (and power kit) is a must have for your S10 or S20. Although slightly pricey, you'll end up saving money in the long run. Why? If you don't use this kit, you will need to buy a lot* of disposable batteries. For example, in our household we go through one battery about every two-three weeks (with about average use). Disposable batteries (known as '2CR5'**) cost about six dollars each. If we were using disposable batteries, within just our first year of usage, we would have spent MORE money on batteries than on this power supply kit! But since we are using this kit, we are saving the money we'd otherwise spend on batteries. Also, we can use some of the cameras other features, like 'slideshowing' our pictures on TV (cool to do with friends), without worrying about eating up batteries. (Instead of batteries, we use this power kit's direct power supply that powers the camera from any electrical outlet.) So after one year, we have a ton of great pictures without a ton of cash in batteries. If you want to get the most from your camera without losing the shirt off your back, get this kit! Have fun with the camera (and the kit) and email me if you have any questions! * Digital cameras (like the S10 and S20) tend to eat up batteries quickly because 1) they have an LCD screen that shows your picture before you take it, and 2) you need to keep the camera on while you upload your pictures. ** Please note that disposable batteries (2CR5) SHOULD NOT be used in the rechargeable kit since they are not rechargeable. Only use the rechargeable battery included in the kit.

Rating: Summary: Non-Rechargeable? No-power cord? Ridiculous! Review: The Canon Power Supply Kit ABSOLUTELY should have been included with the purchase of the S10/20 camera. I'm returning my s20 because of this fact. The s20 camera worked great for an hour or so until the battery dies and you are left ondering, "Perhaps they forget to include the power cord?". Alas, S10/20 owners have been swindled into buying an additional [$] product (this product is included with S10/20 purchases outside the US). Also, the image quality of the S20 was less than I excepted.
Rating: Summary: my S20 was stolen Review: The S20 was a great camera. now it's gone I still have the accessories.
Rating: Summary: Canon Power Supply Kit Review: This is a must have. This is included with the S10 or S20 when bought outside the US. If you buy the camera in the US, buy this immediately. As with most digital cameras, either Canon eats batteries rapidly. Unit quickly recharges, typically less than 2 hours. It's a bit expensive, but really necessary. Has attachment to have camera directly plugged into wall so you can download pictures to your computer. This is absolutely necessary if you transfer via serial connection.
Rating: Summary: Must-Buy with Cannon PowerShot S20 Review: This is is definitely a Must-Buy with Cannon PowerShot S20. Nothing more and nothing less. Better to have another battery in the pack, even the price may be higher. At least that should be an option.
Rating: Summary: Necessary, but too expensive Review: This kit works great, and is absolutely necessary to get the most enjoyment out of your S20 (or S10). Without this kit, the camera will eat batteries and put in the poorhouse. The kit itself is easy to use, and will recharge a battery in just a couple of hours. It seems to work fairly smartly to make sure not to overcharge batteries. The only real downsides are 1, the cost (Canon should have provided this in the camera, IMHO) and 2, you can't recharge a battery and run the camera off of AC at the same time. That said, if you have an S10 or S20, you really need to purchase this kit.
