Rating: Summary: Superior. Review: A 256 meg card in my Canon S100 set to its default resolution got a reading of 1578 shots available! That's an incredible amt of space and for someone heading off on an extended trip. In my PDA, it's good for nearly 5 hours of MP3s! I have been following CF costs on a dollar-per-meg basis for some time, and while the newest & largest cards have tended to carry a premium, more recently they have not. It is under fifty cents per meg, less than 1/4 of what it cost per meg only 18 months ago. As for the Lexar brand, it is the fastest read/write card on the market today, bar none. Sweet deal!
Rating: Summary: works great Review: fast, reliable. What else do you want?
Rating: Summary: works great Review: How can you go wrong with spending [money] and getting 256M? You can't. I bought the iPAQ and I wanted to transfer my files to a flash, so I don't have to carry my computer all day. IT worked. I have all of my documents and files on a single flash. I sync once or twice a week and I am ready to go. If you are on the road like I am, this flash is the best. It's cheap and with 256M, you can have everything transferred to it.

Rating: Summary: plenty fast and good compatibility Review: this is my first 256mb cf card. seat-o-the-pants-meter says it's at least as fast, if not a little faster, than the generic 128mb and 64mb cards i have used before (all 4x). compatibility is good, it worked in both my camera (said it would on the lexar webpage, nice compatibility list there) and pda (not on the lexar page)...i kind of like to see a lifetime warranty on these kind of things, but 5 years probably constitutes a lifetime for this technology so i'm not overly worried about that... throw in the rebate and u get name brand for generic price... such a deal...
