The Pentax SMCP-FA 250-600mm f5.6 ED(IF) lens comes with a built-in lens hood that helps reduce glare caused by the sun and other light sources. This is not a lightweight lens--at 17.4 inches and just over 178 ounces--but it has a focal length of 250-600mm, which lets you zoom in for intimate close-ups of your subject. This lens works with all Pentax SLR cameras, though the AF system only works with a Pentax AF camera.
