Review: Neutral Density filters are hard to mess up and even a poor one will be worth it for the extra protection it affords your lens,so the product isn't the reason for the poor rating. The price listed by Amazon is 18.95...TAKE THAT PRICE and don't get confused like I did and click the Circuit City button which is in the spot USUALLY occupied by the buy from Amazon button. Circuit City is going to charge you an outrageous $8.02 for shipping PLUS TAX of $2.25. This is about 60% as much as you paid for the product itself. So your 43% savings quickly turns into pocket change as your TOTAL price skyrockets to $27.29!
