Rating: Summary: Better than the RhinoSkin Review: I purchased this because it looked more secure than the RhinoSkin I had purchased. This case has a much larger securing tab on the outside of the case so it does not open as easy as the RhinoSkin does. With any slight bumps or even just putting it in my pocket the tabs would be rendered useless and the case would flip open with just holding it upside down. This securing tab does not bend like that.I will admit that the tabs holding the PDA in place are much worse than the RhinoSkin's, but that is easily fixed with velcro as stated in another review. I was also able to secure it pretty well with the cheap little tabs and after closing the case pushing resecuring it. We will see how long that lasts. If you want your Clie held in the case when it is open, get the RhinoSkin, but if you want the case to remain closed with the Clie inside get this one. Neither is awesome, but this is better for my needs.
Rating: Summary: Insecure, flimsy "security" Review: I purchased this case as a second choice... after my first choice Sony leather case neglected to prevent my SL-10's buttons from being depressed when in my purse, thereby running down the batteries within a couple of days. Anyway, I finally received my hard case today. I believe it will solve the button/battery problem; however, there is definitely a problem with the flimsy metal tabs that are supposed to "make it secure in place." After fiddling with the things to try to get them to hold my Clie even relatively securely, one of the tabs has already broken off. Keep in mind that UPS delivered this item to me just over an hour ago! I'm very disappointed.
Rating: Summary: One satisfied customer Review: I purchased this case for my Clie about a year ago. Since then (I am a carpenter by day) I have hit it with a hammer, dropped it, or otherwise abused it. There is a dent on the front lid where I hit it with the hammer! It has protected my Clie completely. I initially had problems with the lid, but a few judicious adjustments with my thumb made it perfect. I have nothing but good to say about this product. I don't find it difficult to use any of the buttons, and it keeps the thing from accidently being turned on by all the stuff I keep in my pockets. All in all, a very well made item. If I have any complaint, it is that the case opens on the left instead of the right. This is to allow use of the jog-dial while still in the case, but it still is cumbersome for us righties. In fact, I have only taken it out of the case to reset it. All other functions, including charging, beaming and syncing can be done without removing it from the case. I would definitely buy this case again, if I needed to.

Rating: Summary: Better Than Expected Review: I really did not have very high expectations after reading some of the reviews here, but have found the case perfectly adequate for protecting my PEG-20. Unlike some others, I did not have any problems securing the PDA inside the case. The trick seems to be to bend the clips out (rather than in, which was my first instinct) until they can get a grip in the Clie clip holes. I had to move them back and forth a bit to find the right position, but once I did it, popped in securely enough that it can be held upside down without falling out. I'm on the road a lot and needed something which would make me feel comfortable tossing the PDA around in the car or watching it accidently drop from desktop height. This seems to meet that criteria. It's probably not perfect protection, but seems much better than nothing at all and well-worth the money.
Rating: Summary: a good buy Review: I was a little wary ordering this item, based on some of the negative reviews here. However, the Palm Vx I've been using for the past five years had a hard case, and I've become accustomed to this level of protection. I haven't done extensive field testing yet, having just started using my Clié and this hard case. However, it seems to fit great and the styling complements the Clié. I suppose if, as some of the other reviewers have, you plan to use this cover to drop your Clié from tall buildings, you might be disappointed. However, if you want to spend less than [Amazon edited price here] to replace the flimsy cover included with the Clié, you'll be pleasantly surprised

Rating: Summary: Good simple case Review: I was looking for a case that was sturdy and protective, yet simple and lightweight. I think the iConcepts case does just that. It seems very durable, and I now no longer fear having my PDA fall out of my pocket. Additionally, it doesn't seem to scratch easily. It's very nice that you do not have to remove the case to use any of the slots or buttons. Cons: The mechanism of holding the PDA in place while the case is open is not that great, allowing the PDA to fall out if you open the case and turn it upside down, and give it a slight nudge. Overall: excellent case, especially for the price, compared with hard cases found on other websites or from other manufacturers.
Rating: Summary: Hard case for the SJ22 Review: My first issue with this product is that it is incredibly, incredibly hard to open. The "latch" on the side is made up of two nubs that fit into two groves - it fits so tightly that I have to slide my fingernail in the crack of the case and then pry it open. I guess this is a good feature if you want to protect your PDA and never use it. Secondly, the stylus is very hard to remove. Because the case fits the PDA so tightly, the stylus is trapped. Once again, I have to use my fingernail to pull the stylus up. Thirdly, I don't feel like the PDA is secure within the case when the case is open. The PDA is attached to the case by two metal pins where the factory cover attaches and another in the middle of the back of the PDA. The bottom of my PDA still has enough "wiggle room" to come in and out of the case when it is open. I have owned two other aluminum hard cases for other PDA's and both had much higher quality and usability than this. My suggestion - buy a different case.
