Rating: Summary: On-line Specifications Not Accurate (no 7X compatability) Review: This case sucks, pure and simple. The camera barely fits in there, the top doesn't stay shut worth a hoot, and there's no room for extra batteries, or much else of anything. The sides and tops are v/ thinly padded, and let's just say the word "synthetic" needs to be inserted in front of leather. The material is of low quality and thin. There is no carry strap, so you must have the strap on your camera, so when you want to take pictures you have to take the camera out of the bag and unhook the catch loop of the bag from the camera strap. If you forget to reattach the loop, and put the camera back in the bag and sling it on your shoulder, prepare on losing the case, because as I said before, the flap doesn't stay closed. This is the reason my case went bye-bye last weekend w/ extra memory cards in it. I look at the positive side and figure at least I can get a good case now. Do yourself a fawor and don't buy this case.

Rating: Summary: A Fine Little Case Review: This is a great little case! In reading all the negative reviews for this case, I see that in every instance, the unhappy party was trying to use it for the WRONG camera. The add calls it a "C-series" case, but specifically says it is for the C-20X0, C-30X0, & C-40X0 series cameras. The major complaint was the case was too small. The case is small -- very small, but so is my C-4040 camera, and it fits just fine! This is not a gadget bag, it is a camera CASE, and it holds my C-4040 with neck strap attached and lens cap in place, four spare AA size batteries, the remote control, an extra SmartMedia card or two, and the MINI-instruction pamphlet. What more do you want a camera CASE to do? (If you must take along a remote flash unit or a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, its gadget bag time for you.) This case is completely in keeping with what I have come to expect from a product bearing the Olympus name. It is well made, the leather is soft and supple, fits the camera (for which it was designed) like a glove, has room for essential accessories, and is, in general, top notch stuff.

Rating: Summary: If this is for the C-Series~Why doesn't it fit! Review: This was an optional accessory for the C - 720...but I can tell already it will NOT fit! How confusing! Why it is called the C-Series case? AND, no strap? What's up with that!
