Rating: Summary: Died after 12 months Review: Unbelievable! I lost about 20 pictures and then the card died a year after I bought it. Perhaps that is as long as they are supposed to last, but I thought I should get longer life out of the card.

Rating: Summary: What retailers won't tell you..... Review: What the retailers won't tell you is that card speed matters if you want more performance out of your digital camera. Most will try and sell you what they have on hand. If your an avid photographer, spend a little more on your CF card to get a little more, you'll be much happier. Point and shoots will be happy with the cheaper models.Research pointed to LEXAR as the leader in CF technology. Good luck and happy picture taking.
Rating: Summary: Speed! Review: Wow! This puppy is FAST! I've used it in two cameras with great results. It's hard to believe what a difference the 12x speed makes. I'm an old 35mm photographer so I get very frustrated with the 'digital delay' - this card has really helped. I also love all the storage space. Now I don't have to feel like I'm sacrificing speed for space. Lexar has built a great reputation for quality and speed, and they've come through once again!
Rating: Summary: lots of storage. good price. gotta love that. Review: you can't be too right. and you can't have too much storage, either. especially when it comes to high resolution digital cameras. and mine even takes quick time movies (kodak dx3600) so it really pays to have a big memory card or two. My first was a 128mb card. Then I saw this 256 baby and had to have it. it's worked just fine for me.
