Summary: GREAT OVERALL CD PLAYER!!!
Review: This cd player has the BEST sound, super long battery life (up to 86 hours) It does have an external battery case but you don't need it on because it has a built in battery case. It is thin but not to compact lenght wise. I don't even use the shock protection, it doesn't skip, even when going over a bump in the car. THIS CD PLAYER IS A GREAT VALUE!!!
