Rating: Summary: Bought used and broken...fixed it in 10min. Review: Well, I have to say that the jamming problems are EASILY fixed by a minor adjustment. I guess taking the cover off is a little daunting to most people. Oh well, you all keep selling them on ebay so I can buy them cheap and fix them.I like the one I kept, although I have $15 invested in it, so I suppose I just deal with what I don't like. However, if I had paid $100-$200 or so, I would miss the cd text and keyboard connection. I'm not impressed by the optical out...I mean, it's not 5.1 or SACD, so why bother tying up an optical connection on the reciever? It's just not necessary. The block-play thing is good to have, but it could be better. It's all about organization, and Sony did a little better as they moved up the models. But still, the latest 400 DVD/SACD/CD changer (got a broken one and fixed it, too) still has organization problems in my opinion. They really need to add a processor to it all...Like a hookup for a Clie or something. That would be perfect. I'm actually looking into modding this CX225 to work with a pda, or something with a USB. Looks promising, but a LOT of hardware hacking. Overall, I don't think I'd pay more than $50-70 on this model, I'd just deal with a 5 changer or something (and buy lots of cd's with the money left over). You'll spend a good amount of time trying to organize everything.
