JVC RX-F10 Slim Audio/Video Home Theater Receiver

Review: I heard this at a friend's house, he had them running a pair of Ascend Acoustics CMT-340s and I was VERY impressed especially given the JVC's ridiculously low price point. Sure it's not as warm as some receivers like his Marantz 7400 but the clarity and definition was pretty amazing.

Here's hoping that in a couple of years this digital-direct technology will become more established, right now only JVC and Panasonic seem to have it in the three-digit price range, and they don't include simple standard features like binding posts.
