Summary: Solid Performer And A Great Value!
Review: This HP 320 2.1 MP camera is rock solid and takes great pictures. 2 MP is totally adequate for typical picture taking. Very few people blow up there photos beyond 8.5" X 11". An optical zoom (digital zoom decreases resolution) would be nice, but more than doubles/triples the price. Instead, the operator just needs to move forward or backwards to get the proper framing.I purchased this camera on sale with the free accessory kit (case, NiMH batteries and charger) for fewer than 100 clams here on Amazon. I also picked up a new HP 8881 docking station on ebay for 30 clams and a 128MB-memory card for 35 clams (after rebate) at Dell. So, you can get into great digital for not a lot of money. This camera is an outstanding value and a rock solid performer. I highly recommend it for people who want to take great pictures without the added cost of advanced features. All you need is the camera initially to get started. From there you can decide if you want to add more accessories. PS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE ACCESSORY KIT OFFER, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS VALUE AT THE TIME OF THIS POSTING! THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY HP PRODUCT! UPDATE- I did have to upgrade my camera's firmware to support the 128MB SD-RAM cards. HP sent me a free 16MB SD-RAM card for the upgrade process (you need a SD-RAM card to facilitate the procedure). The process worked well and I'm now enjoying my fully functional 128MB card!

Summary: Great value for the price
Review: This is a great 2.0 megapix range camera in a lower price range and a snap to use. This camera is a upgrade from the 318 model. Pros:
Great features and quality for the price range these camera's are selling at:
-2.1 megapix with good quality shots
-8 MB internal memory - with option to add more
-4X digital zoom
-can store up to 30 secs of live motion shots
-can purchase a optional docking station which includes
rechargable batteries and adds the ability to view pics on a TV
- auto red eye reduction and lighting adjustments
- If you want more memory, recharable batteries, ablitity to view on TV ,you can up-grade/purchase it later instead of buying it upfront, which is one reason this camera nicely priced. Cons:
- if you use the best picture quality mode, the camera only holds 7 shots- but you can purchase a extra memory card to store more and they not too expensive. The built in memory can hold around 80 shots using the other picture quality modes
- can eat up batteries if you keep the LCD display on alot
- Does not have any optical zoom. The 4x digital zoom is pretty good though. Optical zoom tends to be more sharp and less pixel distortions (though optical zoom tends to be more costly and found more in the higher priced camera's) Summary: If you want at least a 2.0 megapixel quality camera with quality features without going overboard on the price, this camera is for you. This camera isn't the best at taking shots with low light but if your looking for that you really should be looking at the higher price range digital camera's.

Summary: Awesome Camera
Review: This is an Awesome camera. I tried the equivalent Vivitar Camera, it was horibble! This little camera blows it away. I also bought rechargable batteris(a must have), a 64 MB SD Card (also must have)and I bought a HP Photosmart 435 photoprinter. The printer is awesome and together it prints out beautiful pixs! I would highly recommend this to anybody!! :)

Review: This is the perfect Digital Camera for someone who wants the ease of point & shoot but needs the editing/preview capabilities of a digital unit. Great starter digital camera.

Summary: The only company which now charges for driver downloads
Review: Too many cons, so few pros:
1) Very slow "bootup"
2) You cannot take photos from a moving car. It complains that that image has to stabilize. (I want to take a picture when Iam ready, not when the camera thinks Iam ready)
3) No lens cover
4) Very bad at handling low-light conditions
5) Lastly, and most importantly, HP is now charging for their drivers. ... I think this is outrageous. I can only hope other companies dont follow this example. Trust me, you can find a better product for the same price.

Summary: Don't Buy This Camera!!!
Review: You can't download pictures from this camera if you have a Dell Computer. Dell USB port is not suitable for this camera and link from camera to computer does not work. There are also problems with Windows XP and the HP software. LCD screen is very small and images are blurred. Camera also uses a lot of batteries - I intend to return this camera and buy a Sony. HP was no help - tech support is terrible!!! They couldn't care less.
