Summary: Its OK
Review: I bought this camera for my daughter because she loves photography. She was very happy when I gave it to her. She later told me that the camera only has optical focus and that if you want to get a close up shot of something you have to literally get close to the person to get a close up shot.

Pictures taken in poor light conditions come out with no colour and are blurry. It runs through batteries very quickly, and it doesn't use memry cards. So it is not a good camera to take on vacation, because if the batteries die your pictures are lost forever.

Summary: It should be named StyleCam Deluxe For Kid!!
Review: I bought this Sipix Style for about a month ago it easy to use and I very impressed with the Video mode;however, it does not take a good quality picture with the low light environment and I had a difficult with downloading my picture to my laptop. I recommended this camera for kid or amature who need to have an experience of the Digital Camera.

Summary: good for a first
Review: I liked how that I dropped this camera on the floor to concrete like 5 or 6 times, and it has been hit by a basket ball and still it works!! The video's on this camera are pretty pixelized, they are not choppy though. And the fact that rechargable batteries dont work on it. YOU BETTER GET ENOUGH LIGHT THIS IS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA! And unless you have a VERY bright home, go outside with this, I must say you get a little more than what you pay for. GOOD CAMERA IF IT IS YOUR FIRST ONE!

Summary: the worst camera i bought
Review: i purchased this camera from COMPUSA under a mail in rebate and was happy to get a deal but its results were just disappointing. the still pictures are not clear at all and the webcam feature is just aweful showing all hazy and grainy pictures due to its 20 fps capability. i earlier had a logitech traveller and this camera doesn't come even close to it.

Summary: You pay for what you get
Review: I thought this would be a good choice since it has 1.3 mp. It obviously isn't. The photos rarely come out. I have a white dog who i try to take photos of. With the flash turned off the photo is completely black. With the flash turned on the photo is flushed so white i can't tell what the photo was about. I am trying to return this as i speak. You get what you pay for. Don't let the mp fool you. You'd rather get a lower mp and pay a little more and actually have photos that turn out. The physical body of the camera does look attractive though.

Summary: Not a good buy
Review: On the positive side: I liked the additions that came with the camera (software, cables, etc.) It was also easy to use and set up.
On the negative side: the color was very bad. People's faces looked redder than normal, with blotchy whiteness where the light fell. It made my tan cat look greenish. Also, the pictures were way too sharp, which intensified the color problems. If you want decent pictures, don't get this camera.

Summary: Good Fun
Review: Pros: Takes good pictures in sunlight, Use flash in low light. Easy to take movies and record sound. Good Webcam. Can use to take movies/pics when tethered to PC. Decent resolution (1.3 megapixel)

Cons: Indoor pictures colours are not bright (when flash is not used). Cannot add extra memory card, 16 Mb on board fills up fast when taking movies. No Lens cap (could get dirty very easily)

I had to reinstall programs (arcsoft photoimpression) which did not install properly first.

Summary: Good Fun
Review: Pros:
This is a good camera to take pictures in bright light, or record movies with audio. It is very convenient to use with a intuitive menu!

Cons:
In low light pictures look washed out, use flash for these pics. Since there is no auto focus pictures are not very sharp.

During Install I had a tough time installing photo impression.

Summary: Good for the beginner
Review: This camera has many excellent features that make it great for a beginner in the photography or digital camera realm, however it has a number of "bugs" that made it less than usable:
It takes too long for the image to expose making any object in motion a blurry mess
The button interface is simple but vague unless you happen to want to whip out the manual every time you press a button to figure out what it's trying to tell you.

And finally, after all this I noticed a "blind spot" in the middle of all my pictures that even after a cleaning remained in place.

Also, the product discription (at time of writing) doesn't mention that the unit lacks an LCD viewing screen.

This might be good for someone looking to take a snapshot of an inatimate object, but not for much else. It would be great for people looking for a way to take pictures of things for an online auction etc...

Summary: Small, light and compact
Review: This camera is very easy to use as far as downloading pictures to your computer and editing them. This camera works well if you need to get a quick shot for an online ad on say ebay or to get a picture to a friend. The quality of the photos are just acceptable. I find that the camera's controls are too small and difficult to use in the alloted time before the power shuts off(The camera shuts down after a short period to conserve battery power) Photos taken in low light come out poor. This camera makes a good webcam that doubles as a portable digital camera. The camera defaults to mid range of pixels but I prefer to use the highest resolution and therfore have to readjust it for every photo; most annoying! The camera seems to use up the 2-AA batteries very quickly and if you can't download on a regular basis it would not be a good choice to take on vacation as you lose the photos if you lose power; bring pleny of spare batteries.
