Summary: It does what it's supposed to do
Review: I bought three pieces and all have been working correctly. It's neither better or worse than original Sony MS. It simply does what it's supposed to do. Buy Lexar's since it's cheaper.

Summary: Just as good as more expensive Sony sticks
Review: I bought two of these and use them to carry MP3s for my Sony Clie, and haven't had any problems. Great price, I would definitely recommend them!

Summary: Buy this over sony any day!
Review: I have two 128MB Lexar sticks for my F717 and Clie, and they work PERFECTLY. I have no idea why people still buys the much more expensive Sony. Now I look forward for the Memory Stick Pro once they come down in price to acceptable levels.

Summary: Wow! Great Value
Review: I needed to upgrade the memory on my digital camera and I have been waiting until pricing came down. The Lexar 128MB card works great and is a lot less than the name brand. It's fast and easy to download. Why pay more for the name brand???

Summary: Low Price, High Value!!
Review: I own a Sony digital camera that I wanted have more storage for. When I saw the price on this Lexar branded stick of 128meg media, I knew I had to try it out. Popped it into my camera and it works perfectly. The camera recognized it instantly and I was up and running in no-time. Considering it's ... less than other 128meg sticks, it's a tremendous deal. It's nice to have extra sticks around when I need to take some shots. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Greatly priced for Sony quality Memory Stick
Review: I own Sony Memory Stick and bought this one at amazon[.com] for it's very attractive price and mail in rebate offer. Other than the name of Lexar on the Stick, I see no difference in quality or performance when I use it with my Sony DSC-S85 Digital camera.

Thanks Lexar for saving me [$$$] bucks compared with Sony's similar stick.

Added on Sep 21, 2002: It's almost 10 month since I got this one and I use it almost every week and still is working great like a new one.

Summary: Not fully compatible
Review: I purchased this with my SONY P9 digital camera. It works fine with the camera. However, it does not work with the memory stick slot on my SONY VAIO (RX-750) computer. The memory stick from SONY works without any problem. I even called LEXAR support. They insist that their memory stick is fully compatible and told me that I should call SONY to find out where the computer is compatible with LEXAR memory stick!

If you are not using SONY computer, this may be a good alternative. It's not for me.

Summary: Works great...cheaper than Sony
Review: I use Sony DSC-F707, and have both Sony & Lexar 128MB Memory Stick. There is no difference between Sony & Lexar Memory stick, apart from the fact that Lexar is cheaper, and it doesn't have protect cover. Since Lexar is more than several dollars cheaper than Sony, I have no problem not having the protect cover.
