The versatile JVC GC-A33 is an affordable choice for shooting pictures for online publishing. You can also use it as a PC camera (Webcam) in conjunction with video-conferencing software like Microsoft Netmeeting. With an internal 8 MB flash memory, you have room to capture and store up to 120 digital images (in normal mode) that can then be quickly and easily downloaded to your computer for editing, posting to Web sites, and e-mailing. The built-in flash can be set to auto for low-light photography or left off when you're shooting in brighter conditions. White balance is automatically adjusted to give you accurate colors in almost any situation. There is also an LCD status display for confirmation of settings and battery level. To use the JVC GC-A33 as a Webcam, just connect it to your PC using the included USB cable and follow the instructions given by your video-conferencing software (sold separately).
